Punctual, professional, careful to not make a mess. Had an issue with the handle being installed too tightly on first apt that I could not turn it off and on w/o great difficulty. Since I had a leak with my old Delta valve, the plumber showed up later in the afternoon of the day I called and placed caps on the supply lines to tub valve so that water could be restored to the rest of the house. A return visit was scheduled to replace the valve. The service was performed neatly with high attention to detail. The service provider was courteous and professional.

Difficult to reach by phone. Would not travel 30 minutes from primary location to provide service. That should be advertised before purchase.

Very professional, prompt and courteous. I purchased a deal to replace one outdoor faucet but I actually had two in need of repair. Jerry repaired them both and didn't charge anything extra. Very impressed with his service and would definitely use again.

On time, professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. They came to replace the leaky front faucet on our home. That same evening, the supply line to one of our toilets broke and began spraying everywhere. They came out the very next day to make the repair and to look at each of our other toilets in the home to ensure that the same phenomenon did not occur elsewhere. They also diagnosed a failing water pressure reducing valve (PRV). My wife and I have been looking for a good plumber in Springboro since we moved here, and we will definitely be using Laux Plumbing again.

He came out and was very punctual. He worked fast and efficiently and was very courteous. I bought his deal for $99 through Angie's List and he only charged me the $99, not anything extra. I was very satisfied and plan on recommending him to my daughter.

Jerry and Andrew arrived on-time, identified the problem within 10 minutes and fixed the leak all within 30 minutes.

I had another dishwasher. I was going to replace the one that was in there because the one that was in there did not work. Andrew went out there and he fixed the little leak underneath the sink. But he didn't look at the dishwasher. So, I called his daddy and said, "Your son went out there. But he didn't fix the dishwasher. There were three things I told you guys I needed done." He goes, "Well, we'll take care of it." But by the time he went back out, there was also a leak on the dishwasher and they had water all over the kitchen floor. Kitchen floor was linoleum, but, the floor beside it, in the dining room was laminate and the water went under the laminate and destroyed it. He did fix and put the dishwasher in. There were no additional charges. The cost was fine. It's not that they didn't want to get to it on time. They may have had some scheduling issues with the tenants.

I should have done the work sooner. They were fast and friendly, explained the corrections needed, good job, good price!

Andrew found that a small part in our toilet had to be replaced to keep it from flooding our floor. He had this part in his truck and immediately fixed the toilet for us. He did not charge us for this repair...that has never happened to us before! Laux also did a great job for our son and daughter-in-law by replacing their leaking, old garbage disposal. We definitely have Laux Plumbing on our preferred vendor list!

Laux did not offer the service we wanted to have done- ejector system. Have used for a previous repair and they did it well.

After playing phone tag for a couple weeks, Jerry and Andy, his son who, were both very nice and friendly, came on time to fix the outdoor leaking spigot. A couple days prior to their visit, the plastic tubing to my refrigerator for water and ice had started leaking through my basement ceiling. We turned it off and decided to wait for Laux Plumbing to take a look at it. They came and changed the washer on the outside spigot (10 min) and then put new copper tubing to the refrigerator (45 min). We turned the water on and the spigot started leaking again. They put a different washer in the spigot outside (10 min) and it seems to have stopped leaking. The invoice was $200. I had already paid $135 for the replacement of the outdoor spigot. They credited that amount and told me to call if the outside spigot started to leak again (work was guaranteed for a time). If that was the case, they would have to cut through drywall in the basement to get to the outside spigot to replace it completely.
