Jerry responded to my phone call quickly and came out as soon as he could. He was friendly and very helpful. Utlimately, he couldn't determine what had caused the leak and since it had stopped he thought it might be from another neighbor's toilet overflowing.

Laux had been recommended by neighbors, and we had used him twice before for work on a rental property. In this case, we needed a replacement hot water heater on New Years Eve day. Called him the day before and got a 9am appointment for next day. He arrived on time and got the job done quickly and neatly. Installed a name brand unit. Professional and friendly. Required payment by check, not credit card.

Assessed the problem and fixed the issue, not what we thought was broken. The young man was very professional and answered all of my questions adequately. He left the job site clean.

The work area is undesirable as it is located in a crawl space under a bathroom addition. The situation led from one broken coupling to many leaks caused by frozen pipes. They were able to locate and fix all of the leaks and offer many suggestions to avoid this situation in the future which is appreciated. They are a good team.

I was really pleased with Laux Plumbing. He was very professional, clean, and he even helped put the items away back under the sink . I had just had back surgey and couldn't bend over. He did a great job of cleaning up after the work was completed. He even asked me before disgarding the old garbage disposal. The service technician was very honest and extremely polite.

Jerry visited our home and provided a bid for the work. We had several phone calls and e-mail exchanges following based on changes we were making to the design. I called several plumbers, and they were the most responsive. their price was all inclusive. No hidden costs. They arrived when they promised, and installed it in less time than quoted. very professional. I'd use them again.

I called Laux Plumbing today because my garbage disposal went out. I've never called this plumber before, but found him on Angie's List. I asked him to come out and replace the disposal system. He told me to check first on the bottom of the unit because it has a pencil-head size reset button. Sure enough, the disposal had this button and pressing it started the unit back up. I really appreciate it that he just told me how to fix the button rather than charge me for a visit. I know who I will be using and recommending from now on for plumbing!

He is one of the top people’s on Angie’s list. They are very thorough and very professional. It is a father and son and I was impressed with them the first time. I thought the price was little high.

Arrived on time. I signed papers and they proceeded to dismantle the defective sections. New PVC was installed and the system was water tested. Everything worked fine. Took the old, broken materials and left everything clean and in place.

Jerry and Andrew came out to do a whole bunch of work for me, and it was all very well done in the end. They quoted me a price and stuck to it, even though they ran into some issues running lines through existing walls and floors. I would absolutely call Laux again for my plumbing needs.

The plumbers carefully looked at my leaking toilet, then took me through what they'd found & what they recommended, offering choices where appropriate. They then replaced the broken parts & checked to ensure the leak didn't come back. They took me through the work they had done before giving me the bill. In addition to their plumbing expertise, they also clearly explain throughout the repair (that's something I don't always see). While here, I also had them look at our basement sump pump with battery back up - again we discussed options and pros & cons (very helpful); they're ordering the parts and we've scheduled for them to come back & install. Very professional, expert & great communication.

We arrived home from holiday vacation to find our kitchen sink plumbing leaking. I researched on Angie's List and called Laux Plumbing. Jerry and his son, Andrew arrived within the hour and quickly identified the problem (rusted faucet lines). I had a new kitchen faucet on hand with the intent to replace it eventually, so Jerry and Andrew installed it. They were finished in an hour, very professional courteous, worked quickly, and the price was fair. I'm very pleased and will definitely call them again!t

we were in a mess with 2 toilets not functioning. they came on the holiday and were exactly on time! father/son operation were very friendly and efficient!

Laux plumbing was recommended to me from a friend. I needed a new gas water heater in my basement, so I called on a Monday and they were able to do all the work the following day. I was misquoted over the phone (the son quoted me too low), but Jerry honored the price anyways, which was about $150-200 cheaper than everyone else. While they were doing work on the water heater I pointed out a couple places where my copper pipes were leaking and asked if they could repair those as well...they did, and for what I thought was a very reasonable price. I also had them install a second shutoff valve to my water main using a newer ball valve. Overall I was very pleased with the service, and would absolutely recommend Laux Plumbing to a friend. In fact I need more plumbing work done and will be calling them again soon.

Non-emergency situation. Completed job within 1 week. Both Jerry and his apprentice (Andrew/son) arrived on time and jumped into the jobs. Work took about 90 minutes to finish and I was completely satisfied. The following day (Saturday) I noticed a slight leak in the kitchen. I called Jerry and he scheduled a return trip for that Monday. Once again both Jerry and Andrew arrived. They had a difficult time finding the leak mainly because it had nothing to do with their faucet replacement! The issue was an unrelated leak from the dishwasher that was likely slow/small enough to not be noticed when the cabinet was full. Despite having to make a return trip and repairing an unrelated issue, there was no additional charge. You dont get service like that very often anymore! I would most definitely use them again!

We are very satisfied with the service. He is friendly, personable, and affordable. He comes right away and gets the job done quickly. We can access him directly and returns when something needs to be done.

Woke up Monday morning and my kitchen faucet would not work. Checked AngiesList and found Laux Plumbing. Called Mr. Laux and he made time for me that morning. He arrived at the time he said, did the work and left. I like his work, his suggestions, and will use him again.
