The printer did not work. After 2 days of dealing with HP on line, they finally informed me that the printer was defective and had to be returned. They refused to process the request for a new printer until they physically received the old one. In the meantime, they have my money and I don't have a printer. HP supervisors said they could not resolve this problem to my satisfaction.
Description of Work: I purchased a new computer, monitor and printer from HP in June 2007. The printer did not work. After 2 days of dealing with HP on line, they finally informed me that the printer was defective and had to be returned. They refused to process the request for a new printer until they physically received the old one. In the meantime, they have my money and I don't have a printer.
