Tyler is terrible he constantly lies my wife has mostly tried to deal with him she has done everything in her power to make this process easy for him and he won’t answer her calls most of the time so I end up having to call and he’ll answer immediately then when I talk to him he tells me lies that things are done that are not he has been paid he has been given all the information he needs and it’s been over a year and the house is still not done we had a fire in the kitchen that burned a door and some of the ceiling we have had to pay on a mortgage for a house we can’t live in and tyler does not care he has made this project take as long as possible and is still not done

Exceptionally well: timely, excellent skills, high quality workmanship, reasonable cost. The crew leader was very experienced and worked efficiently with the right number of workers at the right phase in the project.

It went good. They were reliable, they were fast, and everything was great. We were very happy.

Hervas Remodeling replaced my roof. However, the root cause of the roof problem was manifested as a leak next to my living room fireplace (Hervas personally observed the leak), and was created by the need to have chimney flashing and apron. Hervas had been recommended by my insurance company so I trusted his diagnosis and recommendation. Unfortunately, Hervas replaced the entire roof with no thought of chimney flashing needs. When the original leak continued, Hervas simply sent someone to repaint the inside fireplace area, and still no thought of roof/chimney flashing. Two years later, Hervas took no responsibility for the continued problem. I recently paid a different roofer to complete flashing and metal work around the chimney.

They were prompt. They gave me a very detailed estimate. I would use them in the future.

After six months of "discussions" with my insurance company & several roofers, I called Todd Hervas. He came out two hours later. He said he'd work off the insurance company's bid. The work was scheduled for two days later. The materials were delivered the next day. The roofers showed up after I went to work. The first problem was the insurance company miss calculated the roof size. Also there was additional damage. Mr. Hervas called me and asked my permission to negotiate with the insurance company. He took care of everything with my insurance company. They completed the work after I returned home from work. The foreman inspected the job with a fine-tooth comb. He had them do some touch ups. They cleaned up quite well. What a relief after so many months of agony.
