Description of Work: 4 or 5 men arrived promptly in the morning, and worked hard for several hours. I had 2 large crab trees growing close to the house with branches rubbing the sides and hanging over the roof. They pruned and shaped those, along with 3 other flowering trees in our yard. They cleaned up and hauled off the the debris.

Description of Work: Removed 5 mature trees and ground stumps. Also removed a great deal of honeysuckle all to make room for a new privacy fence. Limbed-up the remaining trees along the old fence line. There was a very old wire fence tangled up in the undergrowth that the guys cut away to remove some of the trees. They cleaned up all the debris that they cut. Very impressed by the quality of the work they did and the speed at which they did it. | |I called them after normal work hours and they showed up to provide an estimate the next morning. We agreed upon a price and the 3 man crew showed up within a couple hours after that with all their equipment and never stopped working until the job was done. Great experience. I enjoyed watching them work.

Description of Work: They were very professional. I felt that their price matched the job. They took down two trees that were dead. They cut them up into managable lengths and left them stacked in a designated area. They were very clean and extremely quick. Currently, they are my favorite tree people.

Description of Work: They took down a large ash tree plus some small trees in the wooded area behind my house, ground 5 stumps, & hauled away all the wood & chips plus hauled away a lot of fallen limbs from the wooded area in the back of my home. I thought the price was very reasonable for what they did. They would be my 1st choice for future tree work.

Description of Work: Removed 1 large Ash tree and 1 medium wild cherry tree, including stumps. I kept the cherry wood that they cut into approximately 16 inch logs - I did not keep the ash wood, they hauled it and all the small cherry branches away. They were scheduled for a Monday morning, but called on Friday to see if they could come on Saturday - I agreed. They arrived as planned and finished earlier than expected. Even though there were some pretty deep gashes in the yard where tree branches fell, I was very happy with them.

Description of Work: We had a problem with a very large tree in our backyard that had been recently damaged during a storm. We needed to have the tree removed before it could come down on our house and garage. There was also a large walnut tree in the same area that was also leaning toward our house. Both trees needed to be removed immediately. We contacted 3 companies for removal estimates. George responded immediately, gave us the best price, and said he could start the next morning. One other company responded, but the price was considerable higher. The third company never responded to our call. |George did exactly what was agreed upon. The two trees were cut down,and all brush was disposed of. All wood was cut and stacked in our yard. The yard was cleaned as well as possible. It took about a day and a half to finish the job. George and his crew were very professional, efficient, courteous, and tenacious. This was a big job, and we are very pleased with the service we received from George's Tree and Landscaping Services. We plan on using them in the future.

Description of Work: Have used this Company for years. Great bunch of guys. They all work and never stop until the job is finished. They cut down a large Choke Cherry tree that was infected and also ground out the stump. They also pruned 2 large maple trees to get them back into shape. I will always use them for all my tree services need.

+ -1 moreThis is the second time that I have used George's Tree Service, and once again, they did an outstanding job. They professionally analyzed all of the trees involved and came up with a plan that would remove the tree without hitting my house which was right next to it. They then proceeded to carry out the plan - which went flawlessly. The huge dangling tree was brought down carefully with no problems, and they cleaned up the yard (cleaner than it was before they started!) My next door neighbor watched their work and liked their professionalism so much, he hired them to remove two large 50-foot dead trees as well. My thanks to George's team for a job well done.

He and his team then executed the plan without a hitch. The large limbs were lowered safely to the ground and the tree fell away from my house. They then chopped up the debris and cleaned up my yard. I could not have asked for a better job. My thanks to George and team for removing a dangerous tree.

+ -1 moreGeorge knocked on my door asking if I needed any tree work done (they were in the neighborhood working at another person's house). As it turned out I was in need of having several ash trees taken down. He looked over what I had, gave me a price quote and his proof of insurance (which I called in and verified with his agent) and began work right away. They took down a total of around 7 trees. I've had experience with other companies in the past and I know that the price I got from George is very, very good. He and his crew (three guys total) didn't show up with a ton of fancy equipment or cranes, but they know what they are doing and safely removed all of the trees with just a chainsaw, some rope skills and a ton of hard work. I will admit that I was a bit nervous when it came to the large tree that was right next to (and above) my house, but my nerves were quickly calmed when I saw how the crew carefully roped each limb and took the tree down piece by piece. A lot of skill (and quite a bit of strength) demonstrated there. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have tree removal done but doesn't want to pay the absurd prices that some of the larger companies charge.
