They have destroyed our wire fence liner. They do not cut my yard, but our neighbors. The vertical wires have been destroyed from their industrial string trimmers. I spoke with one of their representatives and that conversation did not go well. They do not care what they destroy.

This reviewer contacted us toward the end of the mowing season last year, 2015, to complain about some damage to the wire along the bottom of his fence. He admitted the damage had been done the previous year, in 2014. Perhaps he did not realize that we were not his neighbor's lawn maintenance provider in 2014. Our client had another company provide lawn care services in 2014. Despite that, we told him we would no longer trim along the shared fence line and we contacted our client to inform him of this reviewer's complaint. Our client said he would speak to him. That one phone call was the first and last time we heard about any of this from the complaining party. We assumed the issue had been resolved between the two neighbors by us no longer trimming along the shared fence line.
