It didn’t go. Came right out at first, gave us a quote. Told us to call back when we were ready.... same as other review that someone left. Have left 3 messages and no return call. Horrible - now we are scrambling to find someone

I tried calling twice, left 2 voicemails, left 2 emails, and 2 online submission forms over the course of a month and have not heard anything from the company other than an automated e-mail that said someone would contact me shortly but didn't. Trying to give the company the benefit of the doubt, in thinking the company is not accepting new business or on a month long vacation, but you would at least think they would put it in their automated email or on their voicemail. Very unprofessional.

It was a small project but they were able to work it in although rain delayed getting it done sooner than expected.

Called for a quote and Chris Spanyer (owner) came out to look at our deck. We previously had the deck done approx 2-3 yrs ago by a local company, but were not really happy with their job. It was a somewhat haphazard job that required them to come back and correct a few things that weren't right (stained areas were not consistent and some small areas appeared to have not sealed well). They came back when we called, but job was still not done properly. Chris checked over the deck, noting excessive peeling paint and that the surface appeared inconsistently stained. He gave us an estimate that included power washing the old paint away and then staining and water sealing the deck (he used 3 coats of stain/sealer). The price seemed fair so I told him to go ahead and schedule us for the job. He initially came out in early April on a dry day and very thoroughly power washed the deck. Due to the intermittently wet spring weather, he wasn't able to do the rest of the job at that time, but returned with a helper on 4/22 and spent the day doing the staining and sealing. They covered the area around the deck with heavy plastic sheeting so any overspray would not get on anything else. The final product looked really good, and the work had been carefully done in a very professional manner. He took a lot of pride in his work and made sure it was done right. We were very pleased with the end product.
