Cress came highly recommended to me through friends for whom he had done a project previously. I was looking to have an accent wall done in my home so I contacted Glenn straight away. I booked him 8 weeks in advance thinking surely that would be fine. I checked in with him a few days before he was scheduled to come and he had to delay because he said he was working on a project that was taking more time than he initially planned for. I understood and was happy to reschedule. On multiple occasions did I try to reschedule with him, but he totally blew me off. Not so much as an apology. Even now, weeks later, I have yet to hear from him. Even if he is skilled at his craft, I would never recommend him just because of his lack of professionalism.

Glenn was meticulous and professional. He completed the job on time and the house looks great. Highly recommend him!

Our entire experience was excellent. Mr. Cress was the consummate professional, as were his workers.

He did an excellent job. Very clean, cleans up his own mess. He is very conscientious of his work. He even swept the carpet afterward.

IT TOOK A WHILE FOR HIM TO GET A HOLD OF US, BUT ONCE HE DID, THE WORK WAS DONE VERY QUICKLY. THE QUALITY AND PRICE WERE VERY GOOD. HE COULD HAVE CLEANED UP A BIT BETTER, BUT NOT TOO BAD.
