COMPLETE TERMITE & PEST

I've used Complete Termite and Pest Control for years and have found them to be reasonably priced and easy to work with.

Well, no one wants to hear that they have termites, but once I came to grips with that, I used these guys to also do the treatment. During the inspection, they showed me the evidence of termite tunnels as well as wood that was in my garage where they were active and had been feasting on the tasty wood! They took all the time I needed to understand how it might have occurred and what I could do to try to avoid it in the future. A week after the inspection, they came back out to treat. They were right on time, explained what they would be doing and got started. They drilled holes in the garage concrete floor and foundation every few feet to inject the EPA-approved treatment. They also injected around the entire foundation of the house and had to drill a few holes into the front concrete porch. What I learned is that this treatment is effective for many years and will help keep the termites away. John Woods, the owner, has many years of experience doing this and is as honest and down-to-earth as you'll find. I felt totally comfortable allowing him to also do the treatment after the inspection. I highly recommend him.

I CALLED HIM AND HE SAID HE WOULD GET BACK TO ME TO SET UP AN INSPECTION. 2 WEEKS LATER, I CALLED AGAIN AND HE SAID HE SET UP AN APPOINTMENT. HE KEPT THE APPT AND EVALUATED MY TERMITE PROBLEM AND SAID HE WOULD COME TREAT IT THE NEXT WEEK AND WOULD CONTACT ME THE DAY BEFORE THE TREATMENT. 3 WEEKS LATER I CALLED HIM AGAIN ASKING WHEN HE IS COMING. HE SET UP AN APPT AT THAT TIME BUT I DECIDED HE WAS TOO UNRELIABLE TO HIRE.
