Electrolux washing machine was showing an E 11 code and not working. Ankur said it could be a sensor going bad. He came out to diagnose, then returned the next day and replaced the sensor.

Was unable to open my Bosh Dishwasher. There is a simple youtube video that shows steps to open the dishwasher to get access to base. He asked me to first hire carpenter to get the unit out.

Tech showed up same day. Shook dryer and knocked on it a couple times. Promised quote and left. Lots of mumbling to himself. Have heard nothing from him since. Would not consider for re-hire. Very unprofessional.
