Description of Work: Very nice job putting a new tile shower in place of an existing bath tub. Job did take longer than expected due to quite awhile getting started.

Description of Work: Jamie installed a tile backsplash in our kitchen. He provided a competitive estimate and was available to do the job on my timeframe. I had purchased the tile, but it appeared that one box was not a match with the others...subtle, but not the same. Jamie volunteered to take the odd box back to the store and deal with the salespeople, returning within the hour with a matching box. The job took an extra day to finish because of the delay caused by the unexpected trip back to the tile supplier. Jamie was able to schedule the work at a mutually agreeable time. He arrived on time each day he came and finished the job on budget.

Description of Work: Took out old shower tile. Put up backing and waterproofing, put new tile up with grout, cleaned up afterwards. The shower tile was starting to come away from the wall and water was getting behind loose tiles. Jamie with Cinti Tile & Stone came out, gave us a fair assessment, kept us updated on when he was coming out, did the job in a professional manner. We were pleased with this contractor and would have no issues using him again.

Description of Work: Purchased a Angie's list deal for grout and caulking repair and cleaning. They got the times mixed up for when they were supposed to arrive. However they called ahead and we were able to arrange for someone to be home during the time they had scheduled to come to do the work. They replaced some chips grout and stained grout around the outer edge of the master bath shower as well as some other places in our guest bathroom where the grout and chipped away. They also replaced caulking that had become molded and stained in the master and guest bathrooms. Overall I would break their work as very good as the grout and caulking looked very clean and straight. Particularly with the Angie's list deal the price was well worth the work.

Description of Work: Repairs were made to my stamped concrete driveway restoring it to better than new.

Description of Work: Caulk and grout in our tile shower had been partially replaced with grout by a handy man in 2009 who botched the job. Particularly at the joint between the walls and the floor. He removed the original caulk and replaced it with grout in this joint. That work did not hold up. That is when I hired Cincinnati Tile & Stone to remove the bad grout, clean and then regrout and recaulk.

Description of Work: Company came and did work on our second floor full bath. We wanted the old floor removed and a new tile floor installed. This was in addition to the tile around the bath. They removed and installed the floor and tile around the bath.
