The door looks great and at a price comparable to lowes/home depot. Very happy with the quality of the door. The installation was professional and well done. One small issue was promptly corrected.

The installer was on time and the door was installed perfectly.

I contacted them and they worked with me to determine if there was an issue that needed attention. Once they determined there was an issue to be addressed they sent a service technician to my home. The technician arrived on schedule, he was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He corrected the problem quickly and left no sign of his visit. There was no charges for the visit. This experience was what I have come to expect from Cincinnati Entry Point. They provide excellent products, and demonstrate excellent customer support. I would never consider buying a door from anyone else.

The entire experience was plesant. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. The door is beautiful and the installation was clean and professional. There was no mess left behind. I have had disappointing experiences with prior door companies that I have used, and it was very nice to find a top quality Door Supplier which retains top notch installers. I will never shop for a door again, I will simply go to Cincinnati Entry Point! Their door quality is superior and their installation staff is superb.

it was recommended that we have a fiberglass door since our door gets direct sunlight all day. We picked the door and stain color and have had nothing but problems with this door since its installation - we have had to have numerous piece replaced and I even had to stain the door myself (why?) - they said it was a custom color which it was not since we picked it from the options given to us from the manufacturer. Now the whole door is losing its finish and peeling dramatically and the door is pretty much ruined. They are not doing anything about it.

They were really good. They do windows and doors; they were fantastic. They did superior work. They were out here with the measurements and were just class act performance. They were really wonderful. I really liked them a lot. They were the best price compared to any place. They did a good job with a good quality and I would recommend them highly. I told many of my neighbors to go to them if they have the same problem. It was just perfect. After researching for two months, not having people come out, and all those things, Cincinnati Entry Point was right on the job.

We placed our order in October. We were told that because of the custom transom, it could take up to 12 weeks. Everything arrived in January and we were asked to come in and take a look to make sure it was what we wanted. We were blown away by how well it turned out. We were a little nervous about the transom because the left and right sides of our opening were different sizes so they had to measure very carefully and try to make the glass pattern work without noticing the difference in the two sides. After a couple of reschedules because of bad weather, our doors were installed on Feb 19, 2014. Installers did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. We thought we would have to do some touchup painting on the walls around the doors afterwards but there was no need. They even gave us a complimentary doorbell button, since ours was old and yellowed. The owner, Bruce, went out of his way to make sure we were happy. He has told us several times that if anything comes up, call him and he will make sure it is taken care of. We are extremely pleased with the entire experience and our doors are beautiful.

Apparently there had been a small water leak over a long period of time, that caused the support above and around our front door to rot. When we became aware of this, we realized that we needed to get the door replaced. We looked around at several different options and finally decided on using Cincinnati Entry Point. They were extremely professional, reasonably priced, and had a large selection of door and glass styles to choose from. The custom built the door with the side lights attached, and painted the outside and stained the inside of the door at their facility, so that when they came to deliver it, all that was necessary was removal of the old door and the insertion of the new one. Before they construct the door, they have someone come out to the house to take all the measurements to make sure that everything comes out just right. We also needed to have the window above the door replaced, and we went with a different provider for that. Cincinnati Entry Point coordinated schedules with the other installer, so they could both be on-site at the same time, and work together to get everything taken care of in 1 day. The door and sidelights look fabulous, and the door operates better than the original door we put in the house when we had it built. I would highly recommend these guys, and would definitely use them again.

An experience which began nicely in September, but became a 7 month ordeal. Owner responded quickly to our first call, came out, measured, and gave what seemed to be useful advice on what might be the best choice given East facing, sun drenched location. Estimate quick and reasonable. October - after choosing door and sidelites, got quote and waited for sidelites to arrive for our approval. We had to call to find out if in for our inspection. Now in November, we picked out a new sidelite design and made other choices for the door. End of November, the owner is asking us if we want to cancel the whole order? Beginning of December, the owner comes out to measure a 2nd time, get our final choices, and get a deposit. Though we certainly did not expect our door by the winter holidays, we also did not expect this to take until the end of March to complete. End of January, we are asking and quot;when will this door be ready?and quot; Middle of February, they are still waiting on parts of the door to complete it. And again, the owner offered to cancel the order? After emailing and calling again, in the middle of March, we finally await call from the installer. BIG problem with the time the order took to be completed. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE INSTALLATION: Installer did not prep site well. We had to hang sheets in house to protect from sawdust and construction debris. Doorway completely open to cold 42 degree day and elements, even though we were told it would be and quot;maybe open an hour or so.and quot; Door not predrilled for the peephole and door scratched on both sides during install of peephole, which was tiny and had sharp edges. ( Has since been replaced with a better and more finished peephole.) Opening for door not properly finished with side trim - large gaps on both sides of the door frame, from the and quot;tearoutand quot; of the old door. When pointed out to installer, it was caulked with paintable and quot;clearand quot; caulking, unacceptable and ugly. (It took an additional two weeks for them to get more side trim stained to match and brought out to cover these holes/gaps.) Door bell ordered was too big for the side trim, but was installed anyway, hanging over the trim awkwardly. (New doorbell has since been successfully installed.) Cleanup - large chunks of wood and sawdust left on front porch and in grass. Worst of all, the installer didn't seem to realize that he had made errors. And the owner didn't seem to care at first. I asked him to come look at the installation errors, and he said he would send someone out to fix things. And while waiting for them to correct their installation mistakes, he called to say that we hadn't finished paying him (for the unfinished job) and that he would have to send our bill to and quot;collections.and quot; !!! In the end, we have a beautiful new front door, which took way too long to install and was installed poorly. They ultimately fixed things, because they sent out the and quot;best guy in the shop.and quot; He confirmed our opinion of the orginal install and quot;issuesand quot; and was very instrumental in getting those issues resolved.

They were very thorough in their advise as to what would work best in our situation, Bruce did a great job in helping us pick the right kind of door and material. They were very efficient in doing the work and they were very neat while doing the installation. Our installer was personable as well as professional. They were good about following up from the time of ordering the product to the time of getting the product installed. The job cost me about $3600.00 . I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. I would use them again in the future if required for other products. Their staff was friendly and patient as we looked at several different options. We had a very minor problem after installation and they responded quickly and resolved the problem immediately.

Arrived on time and were fast, efficient and clean.

Timing of special order door slab as promised, assembly and installation on time, installer was GREAT! I couldn't recommend more, door with full glass side lites installed $2300, door slab same with VERY CLOSE sidelites at Lowe's $3500.

From our initial visit to showroom, Bruce's visit to our home for measurements and details of door, to Jim's installation of door, it was a pleasant experience. We got the feeling this was a special job for them. Bruce and Jim were punctual and professional. Be certain you go over all details more than once. We all can be distracted by our own thoughts, especially if you want something different or even custom.

Helpful sales rep worked with us as we decided exactly what we wanted. Bruce came to the house a couple days later to measure the door way and match interior and exterior trim paint. We did not hear from them after the expected time (several weeks), so we had to call them to find out about the status of our order. They informed us that the door had been damaged in shipment and would be delayed a while to replace it. We would have appreciated a proactive effort on their part to let us know of the problem and delay. Eventually they contacted us for an install appointment, and the install went well. They came back promptly to repair a trim patch when I called about it.

THIS WAS A COMPANY WITH QUALITY AND INTEGRITY. BRUCE CARDEN, THE OWNER, AND HIS TWO ASSISTANTS; JASON AND SCOTT DID A JOB NO ONE ELSE WOULD DO WITH EFFICIENT SERVICE. THE PRODUCT IS EXCELLENT AND THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. WHAT A GREAT WAY TO START THE 2005. I HAVE NEW DOORS.
