Blinds Plus and More

Very poor after 11 weeks and many phone calls nothing was ordered and no apology. Cancelled the order.

Working with Blinds Plus was a great experience from beginning to end. Visiting their showroom gave us access to many examples of their products, ordering was very easy, and their installers were fantastic. I would use them again without question.

Their products are pricy. Two slat French door blinds and on window blinds cost 1300. No kidding. Installation guy did not respect my furniture. They caused scratches on my coach and window frame. They made mistake by putting pull up handle on my satires window, it's a big window and very high, that way I can never open it completely. Then they take forever to convert it. I will write a review after they finally put the converted one bck . I personally NOT satisfied with their price as well as their service! Never do any business with them and I will alway tell my friends and neighbor about my bad experience with this company.

The blinds look great and I loved not having to install them myself. It took quite a while for them to come in, which was disappointing. Once they were in, installation went very quick. The Venetian shades are a bit difficult to get to come back down and considering the price the mechanism should be of a better quality. Sometimes it was a bit difficult to contact the company. It was also sometimes difficult to arrange schedules, but I am very happy with the look and the design help that I received.

This was the third that we've used them, and everything went well as usual. They had the lowest price of the companies that we contacted, they did a great job with the installation, and they cleaned up after themselves. Additionally, the installer addressed an issue with a separate item and showed me how to take care of it going forward which I appreciated.

It went very well, I was very pleased.

provided and installed vertical blinds on triple front window, provided and installed horizontal blinds on kitchen bay window (4 windows). installed valance provided by us on kitchen windows afterwards (original installer was unsure how to do it). cost was graded as c because no competitive bid was obtained and i don't know what the job was worth.

Went great- blinds were perfect and installation went smoothly and timely.

My wife went into their store to look around, ask questions, and setup a time for the sales person to come out and take measurements. One of the ladies working in the store gave my wife a coupon (I recall seeing a similar coupon in one of those envelopes that comes in the mail with many coupons). This saved quite a bit of money off the blinds and free installation. The sales person came out took the meaurements and made some suggestions. We have an opening that is two windows wide. We put in two separate blinds. The salesman recommended instead of two blinds go with one longer blind...now that they are in we are quite glad to have followed that recommendation. He also made some recommendations for a bathroom window that we are also pleased with. Blinds Plus did ask for a deposit and they ordered the blinds. They came in within the given time frame. The technician came, on time, removed and installed the new blinds. Part of the installation including leveling the blinds. After the technician left we found a couple of things of concern. One was the ladder (the string that blind slates hang in) came out of control bracket of the blind. The other was a wand too long on one window and too short on another. I called them and they were out the next day and corrected the issue without any issue. The too long wand seemed like a silly oversight, the others could have been easily missed. With their quick and most pleasant response and correcting the issues, I recommend Blinds Plus and More.

The blinds in the kitchen never did fit right and broke apart many times. They said that ordering the treatments for the family room would take 6 weeks, and finally showed up after about 3 months. Finally, I said I wanted different blinds which we argued about and gave me half my money back and said keep the blinds. They were very nasty even though the blinds were defective, and they would not replace them, because in order to replace them they would have to go up to a better quality product that would cost more.

Got the job done quickly and for the agreed upon rate. The blinds had been installed previously by Blinds Plus a few years ago.

BLINDS PLUS WERE VERY REASONABLE ON PRICE AND SELECTION. THE REPRESENTATIVE CAME TO OUR HOME WITH SAMPLES AND HELPED US PICK THE RIGHT ONES. ONCE THEY CAME IN THE INSTALLERS CAME AND INSTALLED THEM IN A TIMELY MANNER.

EVERYONE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND RELIABLE, FROM THE WOMAN I SPOKE WITH IN THE SHOWROOM, TO THE SALESPERSON WHO CAME OUT TO MEASURE THE WINDOWS AND GIVE ME DIFFERENT OPTIONS AS TO WHICH TREATMENTS TO CHOOSE, TO THE INSTALLERS. THEY WERE PATIENT AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND GAVE GOOD SUGGESTIONS. THE INSTALLERS WERE POLITE AND EFFICIENT. EVERYONE WAS PUNCTUAL, FRIENDLY AND THE WORK WAS COMPLETED WELL WITHIN THE TIME THEY HAD QUOTED. A VERY PLEASANT AND EFFORTLESS EXPERIENCE!

GOT SOME GREAT INPUT FROM LAURA IN CHOOSING COLORS AND OVERALL DESIGN FOR OUR GREAT ROOM/DINING ROOM COMBO. ENDED UP COMING OUT THREE SEPARATE TIMES. FIRST WHEN THEY BROUGHT THE WRONG VALANCES. SECOND WITH THE VALANCES, BUT ONE OF THE DRAPES WASN'T QUITE EVEN WITH THE OTHERS, SO IT WAS RE-ORDERED AND INSTALLED ON THE THIRD VISIT. I FELT LAURA WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT AND GET COMPLIMENTS EVERY TIME FRIENDS AND FAMILY SEE IT.

CAME ON TIME, DID AN EXCELLENT INSTALLATION JOB AND WERE VERY COURTEOUS. WE HAVE USED THEM BEFORE AND KNOW THAT THEY WILL STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.

FIRST TIME I USED THIS SERVICE AND IT WAS GREAT! WILL USE THEM AGAIN. BLINDS CAME OUT LIKE NEW.
