This company was outstanding; caring, responsive, effective. My entire home was treated on 9/12 with followup on 9/23. These guys work hard and are very knowledgeable. They are also very customer oriented being a family business. I am very grateful to have found them. Prior to them I have contacted another local reputable pest company that performs quarterly outside pest control for me but received a very unenthusiastic response that didn't instill much confidence. Bed Bug Solutions go far an beyond in making sure every question is answered and effective treatment applied. They are there with you through all the steps. I highly recommend them.

It was a great experience, very discreet (showed up in their car so the neighbors would not know what was being done) very polite, very thorough, very helpful, arrived at the designated time and got their work done in the time allotted. Look no further! We were skeptical of all of the positive reviews because no company is that perfect. But after looking at other extermination businesses, we saw that no one else offered a one year guarantee and many of their prices were in the thousands of dollars. So we called Bed Bug Solutions and we're glad we did. As other reviewers note, they were comforting and professional and were out in a few days, the time for which we needed to do the preparations work before they arrived (which they will provide you). We saw a few dead or dying bedbugs the first three days after spraying but over the last four weeks, we haven't seen a bedbug at all. If we ever do, we know who to call to get it taken care of quickly.

It went extremely well. They were professional, kind, and answered all of my questions, and allayed my concerns. They arrived in an unmarked vehicle, and were extremely flexible in which rooms needed to be treated (My young son was napping in one of the bedrooms and they were unconcerned, stating they could do that room last). During their follow up, they were once again prompt, and answered questions. They were kind to my kids, and pets. I will definitely be using their preventative treatment in the upcoming years and should we ever move to another house

Because I use a major pest control company for termite protection and external pest treatment, I called them to deal with our problem. They offered to treat two rooms and provide a 30 day warranty and then quoted a price. When I could not get an appointment arranged after several phone calls to a call handler service, I consulting Angie's List and called BedBugSolutions who offered whole house inspection and treatment with a 1 year warranty at a lower price and could come to our house within the next 5 days. The owners of the company, a husband and wife team, arrived at the appointed time in a vehicle which had no external indicators announcing the nature of their business. After giving the house a thorough visual inspection, they determined that we may have caught the only bedbug in the house. As a preventative, they sprayed each room (not including an unfinished basement) and treated all the furniture. Their service also included a follow-up inspection approximately 2-3 weeks later. Throughout the process, they were friendly and thoroughly professional. They answered all our questions and made very helpful suggestions. As though this weren't enough, they told us that at the end of the year, we could renew the warranty for another year, and could continue to renew on a yearly basis if we wished to do so.

Absolutely, wonderful experience considering we had bedbugs! I was beside myself with the thought of having found these in my house! Jen was supportive and calming throughout the process. Their approach is very practical....no need to throw mattresses and furniture away. The cost was extremely reasonable compared to others and the solution used was nontoxic to people and animals and was odorless and harmless to furniture. They treat your whole house and come back in 3 weeks to recheck and retreat if necessary. They guarantee the treatment for one year and will renew the guarantee and retreat in 1 yr for less than a third of the original cost. Hands down a superior company!

Excellent! We were prepared for the worst, based on folks we know who have had to deal with bed bugs in their own homes, and Bed Bug Solutions made the whole process bearable. It was also more affordable than we had anticipated.

Excellent. What a pleasant experience for an unpleasant situation. We tried another company who recommended a couple thousand dollar treatment but when we declined they sold us some insecticide that they said would take care of the problem. It didn't. After a couple months of infestation, we called Bed Bug Solutions based on some other reviews. First of all, they are VERY pleasant to deal with, friendly, discreet, professional. We decided to try them since their quote was one-third that of the other company, and with mostly guaranteed results. After one full treatment and one follow-up treatment, the problem was eliminated. Don't bother calling anyone else, they can and will take care of your problem.

Far better than I could have expected. The work exceeded what was promised. Furniture was moved to provide functionality and replace furniture that had to be discarded. They even purchased a new bed for me. Additionally my home was decorated for Christmas when I returned!!

Paige and her associate thoroughly inspected (dismantled) our bed, and checked other areas we frequent in our house. There was no evidence of bed bugs, which was quite a relief. We were not charged for the inspection. Everyone at Bed Bugs was extremely professional, courteous, and answered all of our questions. They had quoted us prices for treating our home, if needed, and their prices are very reasonable compared to other exterminators. They would be my go-to if we ever had a problem in the future - we highly recommend them.

Anyone who has had bedbugs knows how stressful it is! It was such a relief to have these folks, with individualized attention, specialists who have a system that works! None of the toxic chemicals used by almost all exterminators that are so frightening (and pity the poor technician who is exposed to it everyday). The prep work was also less demanding than other companies. Plus of course the guarantee. And it worked, promptly and thoroughly. I recommend them highly.

Jen and Mark showed up on time as promised and took care of my bug problem in a very fast and efficient manner.

The experience was wonderful!!! Ever since they came out to spray ,we saw no bedbugs.They rechecked home three weeks later, and found no trace of the bedbugs.My home is back to normal again ,thanks to the wonderful couple Mark and Jen from Bed Bugs Solutions.

It went well. 5 person crew worked quickly and efficiently filling a dumpster with tossed items, sweeping and treating entire house.

Cincinnati Bed Bug Solutions was excellent. Jen was part counselor part exterminator soothing my anxieties while providing the service I needed. I left a message for her at 2:00 am, and she called back the next morning. Service provided about five days later. Whatever it is that they spray, it works. But more importantly, all phone and email was extremely professional and matter of fact, which calmed me down. The prep work was tough, especially as I was all alone and friends would not come to help for fear of taking bugs home with them. It took several days to remove all linens and junk in closets. Check-up and respray occurred about two weeks after the first. No price is too much to get rid of these things, but I feel like they did not overcharge. Some businesses might take advantage of desperate customers, but instead I felt respected.
