It was like a new place, with the feeling that nothing had happened there. They were always communicating and listening. They were worth every dollar paid . I highly recommend them.

This company is absolutely outstanding. This company is professional, honest, and so compassionate. I thought that I had brought bed bugs into my home after an out of town visit. I was very upset because I had a terrible reaction to what had bitten me, while out of town. Jen was very understanding about the situation and scheduled us as soon as possible (the next day). Mark and his daughter arrived in an unmarked vehicle (very discreet). Both thoroughly inspected my home and luggage. This company is capable of handling Sleep Number beds. They examined my video and the tiny insect that we thought to be bed bugs and it turned out to be very small carpet beetles. I had a previous inspection from Orkin, which costed $100.00 and it was not near as thorough. This company did not charge us anything for the inspection. Mark and his daughter educated us about bed bugs and where to look for them during out of town stays. The company’s estimated pricing for the bed bug extermination was beyond reasonable, compared to other companies (Orkin and Terminix). This company guarantees their work, unlike most others. I even inquired about a preventive treatment for bed bugs, but Mark did not advise us to do that. Orkin had suggested a preventive heat treatment ($2,000), but we would never agree to heating our house, because the risk of damage to the home and it is not as effective. I did sign up for their quarterly insect / pest control treatments because their price is unbeatable. This company saved me $50.00 per treatment, compared to my former exterminator. We highly recommend this company for bed bugs and insect / pest control.

GREAT! They communicated, listened and kept me informed! Great quality work and it's been going on a month and I haven't seen a bedbug since the 2nd treatment! (My case was horrible! 5bdrn house!!). They kept their word as far as xoming bavknout to treat, they cane out 3x before my infestation was gone! Wonderful people, these "Well known" companies would not have dont that! This company is absolutely amazing. It is 100% family run so when they work with you they make you feel so comfortable and not like just another dollar to them. They show up in a normal car so your neighbors will not know who they are. The owner was texting with me and making me feel heard and comfortable the entire process. They came to our house and did an inspection for free within 1 day of me calling, and even though we did not have bed bugs, they helped us figure out what the issue was. This company was recommended to me by two of my friends who used them and I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who is looking!

I haven't been this impressed with any company, forget that our reaching out to Bed Bug Solutions was for something so specific as this. Mark was honest and took the scariness out of a situation. After a successful treatment months ago, we called him out for another concern. He explained with easy to understand facts the reality and actually drove away without a charge because "we did not have anything to worry about." I guarantee that another company would have done an unnecessary treatment and charged me a lot of money because they smelled my fear. Not this company--Honest, fair and knowledgable. I wish there were 6 stars and would recommend this company above any other to keep your home safe without unnecessary treatment except when needed!

Mark and Jen were amazing. They talked me down from complete panic on the initial phone call. They came out super fast, saved all of my furniture, were very informative and friendly, came back two weeks later to make sure we were bug free and now we have a one year guarantee to be bug free. After 3 incidents that involved finding 4 bed bugs at work over several weeks, I found a live bug at home. Needless to say I had a pretty good idea where it came from even though my employer didn't see the connection. I had 3 different companies come out to do inspections and provide quotes. Nobody found any other bugs, but we didn't want to take any chances. Bed Bug Solutions had the best warranty by far as well as the best price. They are reasonable, professional, and just good people. That was over a year ago. Now my employer has a dog coming through the office. When it indicates bed bug activity you are required to have another inspection. Bed Bug Solutions again didn't find anything and provided me with the documentation my employer requires. While doing my inspection I learned that they also do other pest treatments. Guess who's coming back to take care of my ant problem?

Working with Bed Bug Solutions was very easy. They were very knowledgeable and super nice. I emailed questions late on a Saturday night late thinking they would answer first thing Monday morning. On Sunday morning I all ready had my answers and I had a lot of questions. So glad I found them ( had talked to 4 other companies).
