His estimate was very reasonable, but what really stood out was the quality and care he put into installing my over-the-range microwave—it far exceeded my expectations! John completed the job flawlessly and took the time to explain everything in detail. He even insisted on cleaning up with his shop vac, despite my offer to handle it myself. His dedication to customer satisfaction was evident in every step of the process. On top of that, he happened to have availability early this morning—less than 24 hours after my estimate request! He arrived right on schedule, fully equipped with all the necessary tools, and kept amazing communication throughout. Excellent & Outstanding Service!! I had a 65" Frame TV wall-mounted. John was meticulous at every stage of the process. With tools and materials neatly laid out, he proceeded to bring my vision to life! During the process, he also went over-and-above and informed / educated me on certain aspects of the television!! Not only was the job done to perfection, but John asked and even took time to wall-mount my sound bar, cord-hiding column thing, and my surge protector. He connected it all. The end result was...perfection! The administrative side of the business is just as impressive! Professional, kind, and considerate. I had several schedule changes before the actual appointment.
