Description of Work: Angie helped us find a house and purchase it. She was great to work with, she helped us look at multiple houses and find the right one for us in our price range. She never pressured us to go for a bigger house even though we were pre approved for more. Angie was with us every step of the way. Any property I buy or sell in the area she covers will be through her!

+ -1 moreAngie represented me when I sold my rental property. After producing a market report for the area, we came up with a sales plan and listed the property. I received the offer that I eventually accepted about 30 days after listing. There were 2 major negotiating points; one around the sale price and another after the inspection. With a rental there is always something to fix:) In both negotiations I was nervous I would lose the sale and was willing the drop price. Angie skillfully handled the discussions with the buyers and managed to keep me in the black and prevent me from giving my house away. I highly recommend Angie Sexton to anyone dealing in real estate.?
