Their technician arrived on time, performed my routine maintenance and did not try to sell me any additional equipment, unlike my last provider. They were courteous and well spoken in giving me a summary of what had been done. Perfect visit!

They do a good job. They seem to have knowledgeable repair people.

My air conditioner was blowing hot air and needed some quick service. Figuring I would need a whole new unit since my current unit is 15 years old, I was preparing myself for this expense. They said they would be at my place between 2-4pm on 8-31-16. Phil called and arrived early around 150pm. Checked the unit out and said all I needed was a new compressor that everything else was just fine. Phil could have said my unit was shot and I needed a whole new one, but he let me know that the compressor was all I needed. Phil was very professional and needs to be commended on his honesty in not trying to up-sell. I would highly recommend Air Authority.

We have used Air Authority for over 10 years. They installed both the furnace and air conditioner and have had yearly maintenance on both systems since installation. They provide great service and support and service technician Jim Enstrom always answers any questions and gives tips which are appreciated.

Larry the technician from Air Authority Heating and Air Conditioning arrived promptly at 10am. He quickly looked at the unit and discovered the problem. The malfunctioning part was quickly replaced. Larry took the time to show me how additional freon was needed. It is reassuring to see the equipment registering the increased cooling capacity once the freon is added.

Everything from the initial response with Air Authority's salesman Jack Thompson, to the installation by Anthony and Austin was fast, smooth, without any surprises, and was performed with a high degree of professionalism and quality. I had received bids from 4 other HVAC companies and Air Authority while not the least expensive, was priced fairly and was priced below two other prominent Trane dealers located in the Springboro/Lebanon area. I called Air Authority on a Thursday, and had my new system installed the following Monday morning. As my current system had broken down, I was very pleased with Air Authority's response. Jack did not try to up-sell me to the Trane top of the line XV20 system, He in fact recommended a lower priced system for my home. I in the end chose to upgrade and spend the extra money due to the systems long term cost savings and additional benefits and communication features. It also came with a $1,000 rebate from Trane and a $200 rebate from Duke Electric. After two weeks with the new system, I couldn't be happier with my decision to use Air Authority. The system is running "like a champ" and I have no issues or complaints. My only feedback for Air Authority would be that they place a courtesy follow-up call to their customer's after the installation to ensure all is well. This would just be a nice touch and would ensure that customer's are completely satisfied. I am now waiting for Air Authority to come out and install a whole home humidifier on the unit (don't need it until winter) which was out of stock the week of the installation. As I stated earlier, I would not hesitate to use Air Authority again.

Great. They advertised no cost 2nd opinion. I had received a quote to replace AC and Furnace of approx. $8,000 after routine annual cleaning by another company. Got 2nd opinion from Air Authority. They showed me that the maintenance claims by the other company were not valid. I have older equipment but nothing was failing to warrant replacement. They honored their "no Cost" 2nd opinion and I have had no problems with existing units the previous company had told me were failing. I will definitely use their services in future.

The stern office clerk took my call and Informed me that since I wasn't a "regular customer" I would have to wait till the OVERTIME hours. Yea, like what's a " regular customer??" When the man arrived, he said he could only spend a little time as he had " other customers to see " Here's the bottom line...he REFUSED to locate the leak, he charged the system and told me NO GUARANTEE. So $600? later...guess what? It all leaked out, I lost what LITTLE cooling I had for a few hours. We took the infant to a hotel. I called next day and got the SAME line...they reminded me NO GUARANTEE! A high priced rip off, in my opinion!!! I laugh every time I drive past and see their sign with its " heartfelt, touching and virtuous messages." Isn't a good name better than great riches?

Excellent service. Furnace had shut down sometime during the night. After some minor troubleshooting, determined it was beyond anything I could resolve. Checked the Trane equipment website and found Air Authority as an authorized (and certified) repair service. Called in the morning and scheduled first available appointment for that afternoon. Brian (and Larry, a service tech in training) arrived on time, put on shoe protectors, inspected the furnace, and found the problem was a faulty ignitor. Left to get the part from a distributor, returned a half hour later and installed the part. Checked that everything was buttoned up and functioning normally. Very professional. The whole process was quick, effective and fairly priced. Air Authority hadn't installed the equipment, but the part was covered under warranty (as expected, the labor to replace it was not.) I would highly recommend this service to others.

John was able to start when the appointment was schedule. He even called to come out earlier if that worked for me He did an inspection and caught a major repair that needed to get fixed. He said the this furnace is too new for just a major and costly repair. John called the owner and was able to have the labor costs waived. I have annual service plan from them. I purchased the furnace 7 year ago and they didn't think it should have had this major repair. They are an honest company that you can trust. In the future, if I needed a new furnace or air conditioner I would go with them.

Jim was very knowledgeable, friendly, and early. He explained many items to me about what he would do and issues that may come up in future.

Jim Enseen arrived early (called first), was very nice and courteous and familiar with our equipment. Worked very well.

Jim came and did the annual furnace service. He gave us detailed feedback on condition. He also cleaned air cleaner.

They charged me over $600 for a generic computer board which I found out that I could have bought online for $119. They were very responsive.

Excellent service! They were on time, and friendly. We need our older furnace inspected before we put the house up for sale. He even wrote us up something we could attach to the furnace that shows its in excellent working condition,

very professional & thorough service. also gave me free over the phone advice on a problem i was having with my thermostat the week before my scheduling of the service.

Another one of the companies I found on Angie's List that has exceptional customer service: even though this was just routine maintenance, within two hours of my initial contact the technician showed up at the house! Amazing. He spent almost two hours here, disassembled the furnace, cleaned everything, ran it and inspected it, etc. He caught possible problems that the previous company I was using had never seen, because they never took the time to disassemble everything and spend a few hours looking. Incredible what can happen when a good company actually takes the time to look over everything. The tech was very patient, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. It was such a pleasure dealing with them. When you have an experience like this, it's worth writing about--because so many other local HVAC companies I've tried have given me the exact opposite. There was even an actual human being who picked up the phone when I called--what an idea.

I am an out-of-town home owner. Air Authority has serviced my house in Mason Ohio since 2008. During very hot months the AC system occasionally gets bogged down. We really need to replace it some day. But under these circumstances, Air Authority has kept our old system up and running, and when the time comes, we will definitely look to Air Authority to install a new HVAC system.

Very pleased with the service. Both Jack Thompson, the Sales Manager, and John Harry, the Service Technician, each came to my home to evaluate what was needed, and were very professional, very courteous, and very knowledgeable.

The serviceman suggested we watch it and if it's just a slow leak it might not need refrigerant added for some time. If it starts not cooling then that might be a different story. We were happy with the outcome. We find them to be a reliable service company and will use them again.

I've been a homeowner for 20 years, and Air Authority delivered the BEST service I've ever had. I purchased an Angie's List deal for an AC check-up after Apollo told me my unit was leaking freon and was drawing too much power, indicating the capacitor was about to go. I decided to get a second opinion, and I'm very glad I did! Chris Kelly came out to do the check-up. I didn't mention Apollo's visit; I wanted his unbiased opinion. He thoroughly cleaned the unit outside, checked the system inside, and said everything was fine. No freon leaks, no problem with the capacitor, nothing. Then he said the installer (again, Apollo) had only cut a 20" opening for a 24" filter, which was causing the whole system to work harder than it needed to. He cut out four more inches to improve that, and have me some other tips for improving the performance and decreasing the wear and tear on the system. Chris is incredibly knowledgable and professional, and was a pleasure to talk to. I plan to request him the next time I need service, and will call on Air Authority anytime I need furnace or AC work done.

The HVAC system we had was the one initially installed in 1998. We had not had serious problems but it was past due to be replaced. Jack Thompson help us through the decision process. He did a complete home assessment to make sure we had a system that was appropriately sized for out home. I was able to lock on the first of the week. They were able to have a installation team at my door at 8:00AM on Thursday. They has even made custom metal work and had it all ready to go that quick. The team was very nice and professional. They had planned to complete the work over two days but stayed late and wrapped it up completely on one day. Excellent workmanship. If you need a new AC or Furnace this is where you need to go. They even filed all the warranties and the Duke Energy rebate for me. What a complete service company.

It didn't go well. They said there was something wrong with my furnace and they were supposed to come back to do the work. But they never got back to me.

Two technicians came out and it took them about 6 or 7 hours. They were professional and efficient. They were very responsive to give us an estimate and to do the work.

It went well. They did everything they said they would do. They are wonderful people!
