Outstanding! We have been having problems with the A/C and were expecting to replace the unit. The technician cleaned and serviced the unit, and while not making any promises, stated he believed the system should function properly. Running great for several months now with no issues. When we are ready to replace, I will definitely use Air Authority. They have always been prompt, fair and knowledgeable!

Service technician was friendly, efficient and competent

They installed the furnace and air-conditioner initially. They get all "A's". The guy really explained at the end of the appointment everything we needed to know, such as filter.

I called in and got an appointment right away. When the service tech showed up, he was polite and friendly and he got right to work. The A/C for our business was on the roof, so he climbed up there and checked the unit out. He said there was nothing wrong with the unit except it was getting enough electricity. I later called in an electrician and he found a problem at the meter. Air Authority was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I would highly recommend Air Authority Heating and Air Conditioning. I found them on Angie's list and they currently have a buy-one-get-one (BOGO) deal for fall and spring cleanings. Scheduling the appointment was easy and they were able to get out to our home within the week. Jim Enstrom, our service technician, went above and beyond while performing our air conditioning cleaning and service. Jim was knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and thorough. The coupon was a nice incentive to try the company and after seeing the quality of work they provide, I will definitely be using them again!

Air Authority was responsive. I was able to get an appointment on first weekday due to a cancellation. The technician was very nice : professional, personable and knowledgeable. He was very efficient in fixing the air-conditioner. It had a bad capacitor which the technician replaced and my house was working fine. My only qualm is with the company pricing for the work. It was $314 for a change in capacitor. At the time I was not aware of the price of the part. I looked up homedepot and other sites and was surprised to discover the part cost not more than $30 at any of these places. The job itself took less than 45min. Angie's list shows a lower avg cost for the job. Therefore I am giving a A for professionalism, responsiveness for the technician but a C for pricing. For a non-major job, I will have to think twice.

He told us we had a small leak and it needed fixed. We can tell it worked because the air is colder now. Very honest.

They are very good and I have never had a problem. We have used them for years and they are always courteous.

It was day and half of work, they were great. Two follow up visits for adjustments on heating and A/C, they were all good.

Technician was knowledgeable and did a great job. He completed the work in under 1 hour. Due to his excellent service and knowledge of the unit I decided to go with a service agreement for future tune ups on my a/c unit and furnace.

They come out and service the unit all the time. I think that their pricing is very fair.

Jack was great, attentive and honest. He was the only one of 3 quotes I received that even noticed that I had a 5 ton coil hooked up to a 3 ton compressor in the house I purchased. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new AC or furnace.

The service man thought he could repair the furnace initially but he found 3 cracks upon inspection. He was able to do a temporary repair to get me through the new couple of weeks (it December and very cold outside) until the new furnace was installed. I met with a salesman the next day and the furnace was installed the following week. Everyone involved was informative, kind and professional. I never felt they were here just to make a buck and I have recommended this company a couple of times since then.

It went very smooth from beginning to end. I'm very happy with job Air Authority did. This review was put in 2015. Angie's list lost the first review.

They are very good at what they do. The workers are very knowledgeable.

I have been with them since March of 2008. I have been with them as an annual maintenance contractor for my furnace and air conditioning ever since then. Their technicians seem to be very competent and they don't mind me looking over their shoulders. I do it because I want to learn.

Perfectly. Punctual, well site-planned, careful, and cleaned up spotlessly. Competitive price. Everyone was polite, answered all questions, reviewed installation, etc. Technically very thorough. Extremely high quality work. Focus is on customer needs and getting everything right to operate efficiently and reliably for the long term.

The technician was on time, very professional and did a thorough job cleaning and inspecting the furnace. He even explained how to install a new furnace filter and what kind to buy. My only complaints were that I submitted my availability through Angie's List but never heard from the company, so had to call to schedule. Also, the technician said he would email me a report about the cleaning/inspection but I haven't received anything yet.

We are satisfied. They do overall a good job. We keep having them come back so to me that's the standard. They're doing what they're supposed to be doing. However, they couldn't fix the outside temperature control.
