Description of Work: Air Authority was called to give a second opinion after another service provider told us our A/C was "shot" and could not be repaired. Air Authority arrived on time, and quickly determined the unit was not shot. While it was old and may need to be replaced within a few years, it only needed a new starting capacitor on the compressor and small amount of Freon. The repairs were completed quickly and the unit is running perfectly. Air Authority was prompt, courteous and most of all honest. When we do have to replace the unit, Air Authority will get the business.

Description of Work: Air Authority had been recommended to us by a neighbor soon after we relocated to Cincinnati. I used a coupon from Angie's List for both our preventative summer service to the A/C and also our preventative winter service to our furnace and dehumidifier. The tech was very prompt, professional and thorough. He answered my questions thoroughly and he was very patient in explaining our system and what he was doing. He was very neat and clean and I felt he went above and beyond. I will definitely continue to use their services. From my original phone call to the finish of their recent service proved to be a very very positive experience. I would certainly recommend them.
