Description of Work: Came to diagnose my dishwasher to see if it could be repaired. Turns out it could not. Bummer. Service tech was prompt, on time and very helpful in every way. I highly recommend using them for any appliance issues and I'll be calling them again next time.

Description of Work: Amazing! The owner came to my house within an hour of calling, evaluated my ice maker, recommended actually not fixing it due to the cost, and then refused to let me pay him for his time. Integrity!

Description of Work: My washing machine was not spinning. Greg assess the situation and knew I needed a new machine...:( He was personable, friendly, and helpful.

Description of Work: Our 2-yr old dryer had suddenly stopped working. He found that a couple of components had burned out, which seemed unusual for a newer dryer. He ultimately discovered that our dryer vent, which ran underneath our family room before being vented to the outside, was completely clogged with lint, and probably caused the dryer to overheat, and ultimately stop working. He offered to clean it out for us, redid the vent we had on our dryer to make it safer, and installed the new parts needed for the dryer. Probably saved our house from burning down! This was the 2nd time we had called Greg, and both times he's been very responsive, polite, and thorough, which we've really appreciated. Oh, and he's very careful to clean up after himself too, which was really nice! We would definitely call him again and would recommend his services.

Description of Work: I called this guy twice. First time he came in and fixed dishwasher, even that the price was significantly higher then his estimate. Second time I had a problem with a water heater, which stopped working. I noticed leakage, shut it down and suspect that it needs replacement. Called this Guy and told him that I am having a water heater problem. He said that he will take a look and showed up next morning. To my surprise, he looked at the leakage, said that he does not deal with water heaters and suggested to contact Home Depot for replacement. Then he handled me the bill for $75.00. I paid it but I think it is unfair and dishonest.
