 + -1 moreI called twice. I was easy. I said just call before you come so I know your coming. I gave my cell and home... As I said they never came by.
Description of Work: I called during the slow season. I wanted my lawn mower blades sharpened. I was told they would stop by... They never showed.

 + -1 moreBrad (?) was amazing! He was able to diagnose and repair the tractor in the pouring rain. He just kept at it until the job was done. He was professional and hard working, and I would definitely recommend AAA Mowers to anyone. My tractor starts up instantly now!
Description of Work: Had to unwrap a pool cover cable from around the blade of my garden tractor and replace the starter.

 + -1 moreBRAD DID NOT COME OR CALL DURING 3 HOUR APPOINTMENT WINDOW. I CALLED TO CHECK AND HE SAID HE WOULD BE OUT TO GET THE MOWER, BUT HE DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL 4 HOURS LATER. HE PROMISED TO HAVE IT BACK PROMPTLY THE NEXT DAY, BUT DID NOT RETURN UNTIL 8AM, AND ONLY AFTER SEVERAL CALLS FROM ME.
Description of Work: COMPLETE TUNE-UP OF MOWER.

Description of Work: I had AAA come to the house to repair a riding mower. After an hour of going over the mower top to bottom, Brad found a loose wire and repaired it. He also tighten all screws and bolts. I would recommend him to everyone.

 + -1 moreHE CAME TO THE HOUSE TO PICK UP THE MOWER. IT DID TAKE A WHILE FOR HIM TO RETURN WITH THE MOWER, BUT HE BROUGHT IT BACK AND THE CHARGE WAS VERY REASONABLE.
Description of Work: THE GEAR SHIFT IN THE MOWER WAS NOT WORKING. THE GEAR SHIFT WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE AND THE BLADES AND OIL WAS CLEANED.
