+ 1 moreIt went badly. Trevor Smith took my deposit money and I never saw him again! Trevor Smith of came to my house, talked with me in detail about the Spring Clean-Up work that I wanted (trimming, weeding, edging, mulching), gave an estimate, and then asked for a cash deposit ($160) so he could "buy materials". He promised that the work would be done the very next day. I gave him $160 in cash for the materials (aka mulch) and anticipated him arriving the next morning to do the work as promised. But, he never showed up to do the the work! I called many times and he always had excuses why he could not come (weather, etc.). In the end, he stopped taking my calls and has not returned my money. I got absolutely nothing from Trevor Smith at 5 Seasons Property Services. He took my money and never did the work and kept my money. Needless to say, I will never, never use him again.
