We have used Jeff for many years now and the quality of his work is unparalleled. As I said, we have many mulch beds so spring clean-up is a long, tedious job. Jeff and his crew usually need to spend 2+ days at our house. This spring, there was more work to be done because we did last year's clean-up ourselves and it wasn't up to par. Jeff pointed out things I needed to pay attention to such as a dying bush or pests on a tree that needed to be sprayed. Each day, they arrived right on time, worked quietly and tirelessly and cleaned up everything before departing for the night. The yard looked gorgeous when they left. I would highly recommend Jeff for any landscape job.

Jeff and his subcontractors were a delight to work with. They did everything we asked, gave us exactly what we wanted and were punctual AND when we had followup work, even to this day, call us right back and help us resolve our question.

We were very impressed. They were extremely professional and affordable. They are probably the most comprehensive. We had all five different landscapers come out and we thought they were the most comprehensive, personable, professional and affordable.

They tore out our old wall, and started from scratch on our new one. They are a class operation all the way. Jeff Allison, the president, came out every time they worked, and they always showed up on time. It could not have gone any better, and i've never had a contractor be as punctual and forthright from beginning to end.

We had used Jeff Allison for other landscaping before but asked him to consider a plan to replace our rotting deck wth a paver patio. He had the vision for not only the patio of which we were thinking but also putting a second patio toward the back of the property that would provide an amazing focal point. The second patio replaced a mulch bed that was boring and the idea was incredible. We asked Jeff to complete the patio by a particular Ohio State game so we could host a party and he worked his tail off to make sure that it happened. He brought in sub-contractors for the electrical and construction of the pergola and those subs were also professional, high quality people. Jeff and his workers always show up on time, are very, very professional and do high quality work. This was a very big job that was done in top-rate fashion and on time! Jeff is one of the only contractors I've worked with that arrives when he says he's going to, sticks to the original budget and completes the work on time. We would highly, highly recommend Jeff for any landscape/hardscape project - large or small!

This is my third experience with West Point Landscape and Design. They had constructed a paver patio at the front of my home; a few months later I asked them to come back and construct a low paver wall around the patio; I then contacted them a third time to cap my existing concrete front stoop and sidewalk that would connect to the patio. Each step of the way owner Jeff Allison was punctual, professional, courteous, and tidy. He communicated with me as to how long the project would take and what to expect each day, which I really appreciated.

I called West Point Landscape and Design for an estimate to install a paver patio in the front of my home. The owner, Jeff Allison, arrived at my home as scheduled. He was energetic, professional and prepared to suggest some ideas as to what I might want. Jeff took his time explaining the different types of pavers, colors and design that would look best with the red-brick facing of my house. Once the decision was made, Jeff gave me an estimate and said he would send a contract. He promptly sent me the contract, I was agreeable with the cost -- even though it was slightly more than I had budgeted -- I was getting what I wanted. A date was set for the work to begin. I was pleasantly surprised that Jeff and his co-worker arrived on time and ready to work. At the end of the day they cleaned-up their mess and Jeff communicated with me what they had done and what to expect the next day. On day two they arrived promptly again and ready to work. I am more than satisfied with the paver patio -- it turned out much better that I ever imagined. I was very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism displayed by West Point Landscape. I am already planning to hire them again in the spring for another project!

Everything was great. The hand-edging was very well-done and the mulch is thick and provides complete coverage. Jeff made suggestions sometimes as to how things should be cut back and pruned and let us decide which we appreciated. Jeff and Joseph are great to work with!

Very professional job and very good clean up afterwards. Very pleasant company to deal with.
