Was not given a price, even though I requested it several times-told ''insurance company will take care of it'', came promptly, left trash outside for several days, then did not remove all, guarantee never explained, came promptly.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND REASONABLY PRICED. THEY WERE ALSO VERY QUICK AND I DIDN''T FEEL ENOUGH EFFORT WAS PUT INTO MY PROBLEM AREAS. I HAD SOME PET STAINS IN TWO CORNERS. SERVICEMASTER ADVERTISES ''PET ODOR REMOVAL'' AND I WAS SPECIFIC WHEN I CALLED ABOUT THE NATURE OF MY PROBLEM (CAT URINE), TO WHICH THEY INDICATED NO PROBLEM. WHEN THEY SHOWED UP TO CLEAN I HAD TO SIGN A DISCLAIMER SAYING THAT THEY COULDN''T PROMISE TO GET RID OF THE ODOR -- AND THEY DIDN''T! THEY INJECTED THE CARPET WITH SOMETHING, BUT USED SO LITTLE (COMPARED TO THE AREA IN QUESTION) I WASN''T SURPRISED IT HAD NO EFFECT.
