Description of Work: I filled out an online form, which offered a free estimate. Jeff Johnson called me back and was very pleasant on the phone, answering all my questions. He said a technician would come out and do a free estimate. Then, a day or two later, a technician calls to say he will be coming out to do my first treatment. I immediately called back and explained that I hadn't committed to having any work done and to have Jeff call me. The person asked if I wanted to cancel the service call. I said "yes" (of course!). I never heard from Jeff, but I did get a letter in the mail, confirming my service agreement with Scott's. Again, I had to call to explaing that I hadn't agreed to any service! I haven't heard anything since and I have gone with another company.
