house cleaning
 + -1 moreI started working with them in August of last year, and they never fulfilled the scope of work in the contract. They promised to get better, and never lived up to that promise. In January and February they e-mailed us with more promises to show up and improve the work. They never called after a no show and stopped answering e-mails as well. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for so many months, and worked with each of the cleaners to improve, but nothing came of it all.
Description of Work: They are commercial cleaners, and they cleaned our building.
