+ -1 moreI had a vacuum cleaner that was not running properly and had a quirk where it wanted to self-propel backwards while in a supposed idle mode. Rick took the vacuum cleaner in to inspect, and found and fixed the issue. It has been working well since then. Rick likes to tinker and fix things and he has a keen sense of knowing what to do. I would definitely recommend him and would use his services in the future.
