My wife and I had not had very positive experiences with real estate agents in the past, but Nanie surely earned our trust, demonstrating to us the value of a GREAT real estate agent. While Nanie was absolutely instrumental in helping us to think through re-sale issues and to narrow down a neighborhood, her negotiating skills were unparalleled. Her intuition and professionalism is unlike anything we have seen before in dealing with a real estate agent. Her patience, camaraderie, and genuine concern for us really helped us to feel comfortable and at ease with this big life transition. We cannot recommend Nanie Ingram enough!
Description of Work: After we found out that we were being relocated to Columbus from Chicago, Nanie Ingram took my wife and I around the entire Columbus area showing us homes, helping us to narrow down our preferred neighborhoods. She also helped us with one offer that fell through, as well as helping us to close on the house we eventually purchased.
