Flashlight in hand, he walked, crawled, and climbed every inch of the house and was careful to point out and explain both the good and the bad that he found. Ohio dream homes my ass the inspector was full of [redacted] not professional at all when I hire an inspector they shouldnt ask me to tell them a little bit about the house after all that is what I hired you for, on top of that what home inspection requires a gun to be visible to the client, then he didnt use tools for an inspection like a moisture tester when I asked if he was going to use a moisture tester I was told that moisture testers are not accurate but just seeing a water spot is....I really want my money back the worst home inspection I ever heard of TOTAL BULL[redacted]!!!!!!!!!!

Inspector was on time, very courteous and friendly. The inspection was very thorough and complete. I have already started repairs on some of the recommendations. This report will definitely help me get my house ready to place on market for sale. Worth the money spent for inspection!!
