Rocco was a true professional. I was early to our appointment but he was already there waiting for me. He took off his shoes in the house even though everyone else didn’t. He walked me through everything as it was happening and showed me what he was looking at. He was very respectful of the homeowner who was present and worked quickly, but thoroughly. And the price was lower than everyone else I checked. I would definitely call him for my next inspection!

Rocco was amazing. He was very thorough with the inspection. I would recommend Ohio Dream Home Inspections to anyone, and will use them again next time I buy a house.

Working with both Chris and Rocco was a wonderful experience. Chris was very helpful in scheduling and explaing the process, and then later on getting me the completed report. Rocco was willing to meet with me at the end of his walk-thru and explain everything that he found that were major concerns as well as minor issues. I appreciated their hardwork. Turnaround for the completed report was less than 24 hours.

From the scheduling of the inspection with Chris to the walk-thru of the inspection with Rocco I give them a 10 out of 10! Extremely professional, courteous and friendly! Rocco was very detailed in the inspection. He explained inspection items plainly and I felt that Rocco was looking out for me. I also had them do the Radon, termite and septic inspection. Very convenient for them to be a one stop shop for all the items I needed. I definitely have peace of mind moving forward with the purchase of my new home as I know Rocco did a great job! I had a very good experience. They took care of everything and took the weight off my shoulders. Very honest aswell.

Great value for the amount of work that went into everything. We got a Home Inspection, Pest Inspection and Radon Inspection done. Rocco was crawling into places, I KNOW I will never use but he checked everything top to bottom, inside and out! We walked around the house with him during the inspection and he was able to show us everything that would need to be fixed right on the spot. The customer service that Rocco and Chris showed are top notch!

They fit us in on very short notice in a holiday weekend. The inspector was on time very thorough and client friendly. They did refer to a structural engineer on some cracks which we appreciate and while not the same day the report came quick enough for us. They also lined up the inspection on the septic tank with no mark up.

Rocco was very friendly, and professional. He did a great job explaining everything. I would definitely recommend to others.
