I had problems with my system, so I found out who had originally installed it when they built the house, and so we got them out. I think the technician was skilled and did a great job, but most of the HVAC people don't understand the balancing system. I forced them to do some things that helped. They have been around for many years. I found them on the drawings of the house. The guys did fine. The few things that they did made a great improvement in the air distribution. They did a real good job. I would recommend them. They are very knowledgeable. Their biggest weakness is that they are very small, I think they only have 2 technicians, and so scheduling is difficult. They did a very nice job.

It was a positive experience and I would rate them highly. The flame detector got dirty and the furnace was not heating efficiently. It was actually throwing out cold air part of the time. They were great. I tried to call some other companies in this area and I couldn’t get anybody. I tried to call the folks that put in the furnace and they didn’t even answer the cell phone and the answering machine said that they were not taking any more calls. Then I called Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Service and they called me within an hour. They told me that they were going to get us in. They actually came early and fixed it up quickly. It was a really good experience. The guy that came out here was excellent too.

Our ac was not cooling in March 2013. AC%R checked it out and added Freon explaining it might last for an undetermined time. We knew it was going to need replaced in the future and did some research on Air conditioners and furnaces. The AC stopped working during 90 degree heat in August. We called two companies for estimates to replace ac and furnace. ACand R returned our call within a few hours. We looked over estimates from both companies and chose ACand R. They responded to all calls promptly and we had ac and furnace replaced within the week. They are very polite, do the job and cleaned up the area thoroughly. We would definitely recommend them to others. The price was right and the work was great.

They were very courteous and professional during all of the experience. They were here and done as they committed to. The system works wonderfully and they even came out later following up on a recall the manufacturer had issued. The only thing I would have like done differently was the routing of some of the plumbing ( I am very particular) But it functions fine and I am happy with the work overall.
