 + -1 moreI called to check into a new vent less gas heater. They sent a service guy and told me it would be $89.00. A week later I received a bill for $134.06. I called and talked with the lady in the office whose name is Rae.. She told me that she would charge me $90.00. I asked are you sure I only owe you $90.00. Rae said yes. I put a check in the mail for $90.00. Today Rae called me about the $90.00 I mailed. She said that is not the correct price and that I owe them an additional $5.45. I let Rae know that she previously told me I owe $90.00. Rae said that amount did not include tax. Nothing had been mentioned about tax so how was I to know. So now I will be mailing an additional $5.45, what an inconvenience.
Description of Work: They cleaned my vent-less gas heater.

Description of Work: We have used this company for 10 yrs. with much success. We have a 3-yr. maintenance contract with them. It wastime for upgrading and winter cleaning of all our units. Bob is always our technician and he is very knowledgeable and honest. Whenever we have had an issue, Bob responds immediately. Please note, that "issues" have been far and few between.

Marty spent a lot of time answering our questions and working with us, he did not try to oversell us on products. He listened to what we wanted and made suggestions and recommendations. Description of Work: How much it cost is no one's business, don't see how this factors into your review. Fireplaces 'N' Fixin's, Inc. installed a Geothermal system for us. They were professional, customer friendly, and very easy to work with. We are very pleased with their work and products. We would not hesitate to recommend them.
