Free measure and estimate appointment prior to ordering. The carpet arrived before the estimated date. The installation was done professionally. I couldn't be happier with the result.

They are a quality supplier. Their pricing is reasonable. They do a quality job on installation. They are a topnotch supplier as far as I'm concerned.

Everything went very well. From the sales end the people were helpful and did not push a high end carpet. They seemed very interested in what we wanted and were able to show us various possibilities. Spent time with us and answered all our questions, even those involving ongoing carpet maintenance. The installation crew arrived on time and changed their original implementation plan to adapt to our needs. They moved all the heavy furniture without complaint including a piano. They worked consistently and finished in what I considered good timing. They made sure that I had no questions for them prior to leaving and they cleaned up after themselves. Price wise I think they were a little more expensive than some other places, but it was well worth the small amount extra with their attention, advice, knowledge and professionalism.

HOWMAR HAS GREAT SELECTION AND SERVICE, BUT THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS NOR DO THEY TAKE AWAY THE OLD CARPET. THEIR CARPET INSTALLERS WERE EXPERIENCED, POLITE, CLEAN AND CAREFUL.
