+ -1 moreI added a room to my home and William Patterson Masonry put in a foundation for it. It was one of the worst experiences I ever had. I ended up having to hire someone to redo the work. There was nothing about the transaction that was good.
Description of Work: I used William Patterson Masonry for masonry services.

+ -1 moreFooters and foundation are not below frost line. Brick work on exterior walls was not laid correctly. Roll-lock on the top course was (a) not tilted enough for water to run off (b) bricks hand held and broked rather than sawed in two. The result was holes that allowed water to run behind the brick and down the foundation and interior walls. The contractor was given two opportunities to correct the work. Those attempts resulted in the same outcome. Another contractor was hired to correct the problems. In addition, room is not square and plum. At this point, that cannot be corrected without a total deconstruction.
Description of Work: Foundation for room addition. Romove patio and plants, remove from premises. Pour footers and build new foundation to support room addition.
