1.) He nailed down a floating floor! When I told him you can't do that because the floor has to be able to move he said it didn't matter because it was the pantry room floor!! 2.) With the Peel and Stick tile he overlapped a whole section causing it to buckle, bubble up and come off! He didn't even match up the tile color from one wall to the other wall and he used sissors to cut free hand which left each section uneven and cut the trim off in some places!! Horrible work ethics! Took the easiest, fastest way to get done!! 3.) Panel backsplash behind stove is not centered, trim is hanging below panels uneven and unfinished!! 4.) He offered to hang a new light but I'm sure he has no electrician license and he said he had a plumbing job in Mt Gilead, Ohio and I would bet he has no license for plumbing either! 5.) I called and told him the problems with his work and he said he would refund my money and hung up on me. He would not answer when I called back. After more than 4 weeks and I sent a reminder text I still have not received my money back.
