I would hire Proscape Lawn and Landscape Services again without a moment's hesitation. Jamie was wonderful to work with throughout the design and quote process. The landscape crew was outstanding. The quality of the work was great; they worked hard but did so without rushing. They were careful and meticulous and explained every step of the process. They were professional and friendly, and they cleaned up better than any other company or contractor I have hired. From start to finish, I had a great experience. It is refreshing to work with a company and professionals who take great pride in their work. This was evident in every interaction I had with Proscape.

All in all, it went well. The project took about 24 days. The weather made it difficult at times, but they still managed. Patrick was great and always open to answering any questions that we had. They were all very polite, kept the work area neat, and they cleaned up each afternoon / evening when they left. Our house is located on the curve of a cul de sac and that made it a bit of a challenge for them to park their trucks and bring supplies in and out. They were very respectful, though, and tried not to park in front of mail boxes or driveways (but sometimes it was unavoidable). We love our new patio and get lots of compliments from people walking by. We will definitely be spending more time outdoors now that we have this nice space.

I would highly recommend ProScape. They are extremely professional and reliable. Luke Henry and his entire team are very responsive and super helpful. If I had any questions a phone call, e-mail, or text would be answered right away. My patio turned out amazing!

They were done with the entire project in about one week. Overall, they followed their plans closely and would ask us mid-project for any adjustments. I feel they did not use enough mulch as within a few months, we have bare spots. We have lost several plants, even with careful watering. The dead plants will be replaced this fall.

The construction crew was great. The project crew started when I was out of town. When I returned home, they turned off all music, so I was not disturbed. They were professional, neat, and considerate to our home. Every night they cleaned the work area. Never did we see a cigarette butt or a worker without a shirt. A class act all the way.

It went extremely well! The guys were gentleman, and very professional and precise about measuring and installing. They didn't mind all my questions. My patio is beautiful and solidly built! They took as much care with my relatively small 14 X 20 patio as they would be expected to do with their larger jobs.

I'm a world class penny pincher. However, we decided to contract with ProScape for our backyard patio last year, and we couldn't be more pleased. They were thorough, listened to our ideas, and executed on everything we asked of them. They were timely and respectful of our property during all phases - pre-planning, project duration, and post project wrap up. They arrived on time. Communication was excellent. They performed all work and cleanup in a timely and thorough manner. I asked for a couple of last minute changes and they were willing and able to accommodate my request. .

Our expectations were exceeded. We were provided with many suggestions and options to fit our needs. The project lead was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had and there was continuous follow up to make sure we were happy with the progress and outcome.

Julie came to my house about 2 hours later. She gave me an estimate, and delivered 3 men to take care of my lawn later that afternoon. She was professional and friendly, and the guys that did my lawn were on it. They started on the roof, then methodically worked from the backyard to the front. They did a better job than we do. The price was fair and reasonable. I'll call them again.

We had used them before for lawn services and decided to try them out of a residential project of building a pergola of cedar lumber with boxes up both sides for plants. Having found some of these ideas on Pinterest, we shared them with Luke and he and his design team came up with the final product after several revisions. The tumbled pavers of quarry stone color and charcoal blend in perfectly with our needs. The sitting wall provides additional seating as well as a place for plants to grow. The work crews were always on time, worked hard and efficiently. They finished ahead of schedule. We would recommend them to everyone as their work is quality.

Proscape installed a 750sf paver patio in our back yard, including lighting. We are happy with the patio. The project took longer than we expected, mostly because of the amount of rain this season. The owner and project manager met with us after the project was finished to view the results. Our yard needed some repair, and the crew came back and repaired everything. We are happy with the final results.

They have been great to work with. Luke Henry, the Proscape owner is always accessible and responsive to our needs. He has met us at our property several times to discuss ideas to improve our landscape. His crews show up as planned and we are very pleased with their work. We will continue our relationship with Proscape for the 2015 growing season. I recommend them to others needing landscape services.

The crews are always very friendly and professional. My account representative is the best! He is responsive when I have a question or concern. He always works with me to achieve a certain "look" with the landscaping, and he is polite. Even more impressive, the crews do little extras for me like blowing the grass off my deck and out of the breezeway after they mow. They always blow off the sidewalk and driveway, of course, but take the extra steps to clean off the deck and breezeway and I appreciate it. They try their best to work with my schedule when setting up the annual spring and fall clean ups, I also like their LE elized billing service.

Proscape is a professional organization. We appreciated their attention to detail and high level of customer service. The owner came out to quote the job with his project manager. He was careful to take me through the entire process from demolition to construction. He offered additional ideas regarding drainage that were very helpful. They provided me with a well organized quote. After reviewing the quote with the other decision makers, we decided to proceed. The owner gave us an approximate starting time for the job and, they were ready to go the same week that they offered. The company stayed in touch with me throughout the process and even did some additional work at no extra charge. I would highly recommend Proscape.

Pro Scape has grown over the years, but the original owner continues to have personal contact with all customers, checking often to ensure quality performance. The employees are always respectful and responsive to any requests we have, often going the extra mile to provide fine service. We highly recommend them.

I have used them to mulch and trim our landscape beds for year. They do a great job with little direction. Very professional.
