Went great- no yellow jacket activity within 24 hours of treatment

Jim is unprofessional, and ill tempered. Of course, I did not hire him to do anything.

I had used Paul's Exterminating several years ago with good results. So good, in fact, that we haven't really needed any exterminator for the past few years. But this spring, we saw ants in our kitchen for the first time. So I called Paul's Exterminating, and Jim (I think that's his name) came a few days later. He was on time (a little early, in fact). I told him about the ants and about some carpenter bees that were starting to bore through our cedar. I also reminded him that we sometimes get earwigs and I would like to avoid them this spring/summer, if possible. So he sprayed outside all around the foundation and on the eaves of the house. He also applied (sparingly) some ant bait in strategic spots in the kitchen. It's been two weeks and the ants are gone, the carpenter bees haven't been around, and we haven't seen any earwigs yet. Jim is professional, understanding about my concerns about pesticides, and friendly. Best of all, I like the fact the he does not push a quarterly plan. He comes out once a year and that seems to take care of everything.

They do excellent work and I would recommend them to anyone.

One of my window's was partially open at the top and two wasp nest formed inside the window. Noticed it on Saturday and by 9am Monday work completed. A relief to not have to worry about wasp flying around inside my home. Kevin was the person that did the work and he was polite and quick finishing the job.

One of the gentlemen is not overly personable and I felt as If I "bothered" him at times.

Kevin showed up 45 minutes before appointed time - very nice appearance - went right to work - didn't try to sell us anything - answered questions - the smell was bad but he was spraying bug killer.

Paul's Exterminating came to my home and sprayed for pests. My experience with this company is excellent.

I like using this company because they come once a year and guarantee their services. I don't like having multiple treatments in my home. They have helped eliminate carpenter bees and earwigs and spiders. One annual session works for us!

How embarrassing-fleas in the house, really? I called Paul's Exterminating on a Saturday thinking that I would have to leave a message and probably not be able to get a return call until Monday. I was thrilled when Tim answered, listened to my complaint and worked me into his schedule on Monday. He quoted me a price over the phone and that price was the same when he arrived. Tim arrived on time, did a thorough job that included the garage, and more specifically the pet bedding located there, and was very professional. I will definitely use him again.

Jim did a great job and was able to get to our house very quickly after the initial call. The service is top notch and Jim is a great guy to deal with.

We are very satisfied. Jim is responsive and thorough. If we have issues between sprays, he will deal with it.

Doing home renovating and found termites in landing area between garage and kitchen. Called Paul's and they came out for estimate on the same day with work completed the following day.

I liked this company very much. I had called several other companies and choose this one because they did not pressure me to write a contract with them. I had to call them back for a second treatment and they did not charge me extra. They are very professional.
