Provider is very undependable and extremely unprofessional.
Description of Work: I contracted with Hoover to supply a bucket truck. After a verbal commitment he was a no show. He would not return calls or even let me know that he was not going to honor his agreement. Stay away!!

Description of Work: Cut down several dead ash trees. Ran branches through chipper and cut remainder to my designated lengths for burning in my wood stove. Also trimmed back limbs and brush along driveway and edge of yard. Total time 12+ hours | |

Dave from Hoover Tree Service was contacted to chip up down trees/limbs and remove logs and a stump. He provided an estimate which I agreed to but never completed the work despite repeated chances. He committed to have the work done by a particular date but failed to show. This occurred several more times over the course of a couple weeks culminating in me giving him a deadline to get the work done or face a negative review as he was costing me time in holding up survey work. He proceeded to cuss and physically threaten me in writing to the point I had to contact the Sheriff's Office and have him trespassed off my property and warned not to contact me again. The worst service provider I've ever dealt with.
Description of Work: Dave from Hoover Tree Service was contacted to chip up downed trees/limbs and remove logs and a stump. He provided an estimate which I agreed to but never completed the work despite repeated chances. He did however take logs suitable for resale as firewood.

Extremely well. There were rain-delays in getting started, but the work went quickly, safely, and completely when they were here. Clean-up after each day. One last visit to grind the last stumps - and they even ground out some pre-existing stumps for us. The crew was friendly and approachable for questions, additional requests, or explanations. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Removal, stump grinding, cleanup and haul away for 9 large trees and multiple smaller invasive bushes
