Harold'S Rooter Service

Called and set up and appointment for a Wednesday a week ago. They didn't come. Called that evening and said they didn't have me on their schedule and they would come Thursday. Never came. My husband called once and I have called twice over the last week with no call backs. Super disappointed since they are local and we love supporting local

They were onsite and could not clear the drains and told us they had to come back another day. Then we could not reach them again. We called, emailed, texted and they just would not respond to our messages. I would have found someone else but they said they would work on it. But now I see they don't even have the common courtesy to call back to even say they cant do it. Zero accountability!

Mike and the gentleman that was with him were absolutely wonderful. Very professional. Cleaned everything up before leaving. I have had no problems with the faucet or leaks!

First of all, the date I had to mark is just approximate; the last visit was in the spring or summer of 2015. We moved to FLB in Marion, 20 years ago and have a huge amount of killer roots in our soil. They take over everything, and it's a usual sight in our neighborhood to have a rooter service in someone's driveway. We tried the other companies and had to wait days for someone to respond which is awful, especially when you can't bathe or use the toilet. I even had a man from Roto-Rooter shake his head and said there was nothing more he could do, still charged us, and then we called Harold's Rooter Service. Ever since that time, we have used Harold's Rooter Service. They respond quickly, have very reasonable prices, friendly service and most importantly, their quality of service is exemplary. They don't wear uniforms or anything so don't expect guys in a jumpsuit with patches and matching hats--these are real hard working men who know exactly what they are doing. They always give us a receipt, keep track of their visits to their customers, and guarantee their work. My husband last time, mentioned he wants to build a second bathroom and the gentleman let us know, they can do the plumbing for that as well. We'll never use any other company and highly recommend.
