 + -1 moreHad laminate and carpet done. They came and done the laminate first...I had to call and complain because it was cut uneven and had chips...had the carpet done 2 days later and it was not properly aligned where it should have been therefore there is a small gap. Pay all that money and the job is not done right...plus they was 2 hours late the first day and only 1 guy was doing the job and he was on his phone alot of the time...definitely DO NOT recommend this place.

Description of Work: A date and time had been set for them to give an estimate. I waited 1 hr. 15min. and found a note in the mailbox stating that they were sorry they missed me. 1/2 hr. past the appointment. I talked to a salesperson on the phone and asked to have them return for the estimate. He stated he would not. i told him that if he didn't have the person return i would take my business out of town. he stated" i think you should do that" I went to the store and asked to speak with the owner and he said he would take care of the problem and he wasn't going to have the person return. Again i asked to speak to the owner and he stated" i don't have the phone nummber" I left very upset, angry. My wife and I have done business with this copany for many years and have been treated well in the past. Will not do business with them any longer. I will take my money elsewhere. If you want to be treated with respect, i suggest you stay away from these guys.

 + -1 moreThey were able to come out extremely quickly and they did a great job. I have used them for several years. They are always prompt, clean and they always do a good job.
Description of Work: There were cuts on a floor in my rental home (they look like cleat marks) so I hired them to come out to lay a linoleum floor.
