Description of Work: About six weeks ago my wife and I contacted Chad Wolf and B&B Mechanical LLC to install a new furnace and air conditioner. We had older system that was over 40 years old, still working, but needed upgraded. They replaced our old system with a Daikin Fit AC 3.5 ton, DM96VC0804CN Daikin Furnace. My wife and I are enjoying our new system that Chad Wolf and B&B Mechanical LLC put in. Everything is working great and our house has never been this evenly cool and working so efficiently. Chad Wolf and B&B Mechanical LLC did an awesome job, from taking out the old and installing the new and cleaning up afterwards, as well as making sure the system was up and running and working as it should. Chad Wolf and B&B Mechanical LLC, were great at answering all our questions and very helpful and informative. Chad Wolf and B&B Mechanical LLC are certainly a great company and honest and hard working. I definitely would highly recommend that if anyone is in need of a new furnace and air conditioner or any other kind of work in this area, that they make Chad Wolf and B&B Mechanical LLC, their first and top priority call. + -1 moreHave previously hired B&B Mechanical to do HVAC repair and replacement in my house. Thought everything was installed correctly - but obviously, now that the A/C unit is on its second year, it has been discovered that it wasn’t properly installed. Owner of B&B has been made aware for 3 weeks now - and even with multiple calls and text messages, he doesn’t seem to be interested in fixing my HVAC system. Don’t let his free services/equipment to local animal organizations fool you. Unfortunately , I wouldn’t recommend this company and will be filing a complaint with the state of Ohio’s Attorney General’s office.

While, unfortunately, we found out the previous owner of the home we bought didn't have the relatively new AC unit installed correctly, and most of it wasn't up to code, we ended up replacing the entire system. Billy, the owner of B&B Mechanical, was very upfront about the options available to us. Explain in detail what was wrong with the AC system we had. Then sent us a quote with three different options to choose from. He was able to order everything needed for the system on a Monday, everything was delivered to him on Tuesday, and he was at our house on Wednesday installing the entire system in one day. He and the person that came with were both very professional and very experienced. We'd recommend them to anyone, especially our family and friends (if they lived near us). Thank you B&B. You did a fantastic job.

+ -1 moreThey're wonderful. They're just honest, Christian men and very fine gentlemen. They do excellent work. My furnace and air conditioning were installed in 2010 and it's been wonderful.
Description of Work: B&B Mechanical installed the furnace and air conditioning and they maintain them. They did a regular and annual servicing a couple of months ago.
