+ -1 moreTom Scharff was very friendly and spent a lot of time with me on the phone explaining what he would need to do. He was recommended to me by 3 other people in the Marion area. He is honest, trustworthy and very nice.
Description of Work: I called him and he got back to me the next day. He was the lowest estimate we received and we submitted his bid to insurance and are waiting on their response.
