Description of Work: Came out during sub-zero temps and fixed my mother's furnace. The service man was very concerned about getting the heat fixed as my mother is on oxygen and he was not going to leave until the problem was solved and my mother was safe. It didn't take him long at all to figure out the problem and within an hour my mother's house was toasty warm again!!
