the job went very well from start to finish. they removed and replaced all gutters and downspouts. they not only did the job well , they were fast and cleaned up the job site very well.they were also very friendly and i was pleased with the price.

Mr Richey had to be called often as he changed his schedule for installing my roof. He gave me an estimate, then stated that it was too low upon completion, asking for an additional $400. In spite of this I asked him to give me a price on another roof, after calling to remind him several times, he finally called back after I gave up waiting and did the job myself. His men accidentally carried off some of my material and after several calls he replaced it.
Description of Work: Installed roofing materials which I purchased.

When I was asked to come out to estimate the job I was told it was 12 sq. by the customer. The customer said he would supply all materials. I told the customer $200.00 a sq. Keep in mind that I had other jobs that were already scheduled. I told the customer I would use him as a fill in job. I called the customer on a Saturday and told him I would start his job on Monday. He said Monday was not good because, he was out of town. I told him to call when he got back in town, He called me when he got back but we had to finish up another job that we already started. We finished the job and I was 2 sq.short. I went to the customer and told him he owed us $400.00. He replied I told him $2400.00 for 12 sq. I told the customer that his estimate was off by 2 sq. and i wanted the $400 that was owed to me. He checked to see if i was correct and agreed that he was off 2 sq. After agreeing with me the customer refused to give me the $400 instead he felt we should split it.I feel My Company was mislead from the beginning. The customer built this house and knew how to figure shingles. I showed up and talked to the customer never once did I measure the roof.. I told him $200.00 a sq. I did my part of the deal i feel the customer did not. As far as his other roof, I did contact him but he already did it himself. I can not drop what i am doing just to accommodate the customer. As a business owner i strive to make sure each customer is happy with me in all aspects. With that being said i can not just put him before another client of mine that has been on the books for months before him. I hope that anyone who reads this will understand my point on the matter. If you have any other issues the customer i would prefer you contacted me with your complaints and give me the chance to make them right.

He was punctual, and good. He wanted the job being done. I was satisfied with him. I haven't had any problem. I believe the price was good too, as I didn't get any bids on it. I just heard he was good and so I just got him.
Description of Work: I used Ritchey's Seamless Gutters to put on a new roof. He does mostly gutters and roofing, and that's what I needed at that time.
