Description of Work: My carpet had stains that I'd been told were permanent, but this cleaner removed them. I've never had a more thorough job done. The guy explained the science behind what he was doing--his credentials were through the roof great. He did such a good job, I was able to skip a year of cleaning. Maybe that's why he either went out of business or moved. I'm really, really sorry!
