 + -1 moreHowever, one of the zones would not heat back up. Called Morrison, very responsive - same day in the afternoon. Tech took plenty of time explaining and bleeding the line. He left, an hour later I thought it had stopped again. Called, and they sent out two techs immediately since I was leaving town. Confirmed it was working and doubled checked everything. Great service.
Description of Work: Had a boiler line spring a leak. Caused major damage, but had plumber out and fixed.

Description of Work: They inspected AC system and found two leaks, one with an overflow with the drainage cause water damage and the other was a cracked insulator hose. Fix the drainage the first visit cam back with replacement hose

Description of Work: We had just moved into our home the end of February. We asked them for a quote on a new heating and air conditioning system, and a new water heater. The salesman gave us price quotes at various costs, and energy efficiency after studying our house and determining our needs. He was very professional. After I made the decision to get the top of the line furnace/ac (97% efficient) and a tankless water heater system, they installed it quickly, efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. When a fluke happened a few days later, the head of the agency came to our house in the evening, fixed it himself, and it has worked great ever since. The tankless water heater is fantastic- turn the hot water faucet on, and twenty seconds or so later you have unlimited hot water, without worry about someone flushing a toilet, or having the dishwasher on when you are in the shower. Takes about 5 seconds if you have been using the hot water in the last few minutes. We originally chose Morrison because friends told us that they were very good on service- would come promptly any time they were needed for service- I believe it now based on our experience. The system total was a bit pricey, but includes all components, including humidifier, air cleaner, ultraviolet antibacterial system, the tankless heater system, installation of new ducting in the basement area, and rewiring, etc.

 + -1 moreThey have always done well by me. I haven't used them a lot, but when I did they came through for me. One night my boiler went and I called them at 9 in the evening, with 6" of snow on the ground in the middle of a snow storm and they send a guy from 30 miles away to do the service for me.
