+ -1 morePreventative pest treatment prices are fair. We have been using Lamp for our rentals for over 10 years. Had bed bug treatment performed on a couple rentals this spring though and prices were extremely high. Pests were removed but felt price was very aggressive. We are now using a different pest treatment company for larger pest issues and all our bed bug treatment of rentals.
