Description of Work: Cleaned 4-bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home. We've had Fifi's since we moved into our house 3 years ago and they did the initial deep clean. We wanted natural cleaning agents since we had 2 small children and a dog, and we try to be environmentally conscious consumers. It was a bonus that it was a locally and women-owned business. Like any other service you receive, you need to communicate with the provider to let them know what you want/expect. They can't read your mind. I've always maintained an open dialogue with Fifi's and they've been responsive and understanding. They work around our old dog and crazy schedule when we need changes.

Description of Work: Adam and Janelle were excellent with a deep (a very much needed) clean of my house. Top to bottom cleaning prior to starting regular cleaning service.

Description of Work: Had Fifis (Adam and Janelle) come and do a first cleaning of our 3 bedroom 2 and a half bath ranch. They cleaned the place top to bottom and did an excellent job.

Description of Work: Arin and Tommy have been helping me keep my apartment clean for the past three months. They come every week and do a thorough job. I have a 2BR/2B apartment.

Description of Work: Tommy Good and Arin Blair started cleaning for us in December of 2010. They come every other week to clean our home (4 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath). They are dependable, thorough, and trustworthy. They do all the dusting and vacuuming, and clean the bathrooms and kitchen. They always show up on time, and have been true to their estimate. The first time they came, they did a more thorough cleaning (baseboards. etc.) for $250.86. The first estimate they gave us for the bi-weekly cleaning was for $96.08. We agreed to that amount. After they left and talked it over, they called back saying they thought $85.40 was a fairer price. As I prepare for a hospital stay and recovery, I feel very confident leaving our home in Tommy and Arin's hands.

Description of Work: I asked Fifi's to clean my dad's vacated apartment. They cleaned a one bedroom one bath apartment, around 400 sq. ft. I asked Tommy & Arin who are co-owners of Fifi's to clean the apartment so we could get a full deposit back. We had just moved my dad to assisted living. The were prompt, friendly, courteous, and communicated well. They said they'd need approx. 1 hr. to do the job. I came back and they were almost done. I paid them before I left again to do some errands. Then I went back and locked up the apartment. This apartment had been cleaned from time to time before, but not thoroughly, so they had their hands full.

Description of Work: The ladies performed a deep Spring Clean. This included washing woodwork, vacuuming corners, getting up mounds of dog hair, ceiling fans, and cleaning counters and floors. Deep clean of bathrooms and kitchen.

Description of Work: They did a deep cleaning of my house. I loved the smell of the house afterwards. In the past when I have my house cleaned, it would smell like a hospital after the cleaning people left. I was always worried if the chemicals could hurt my pets. But Fifi's use natural products so I did not have to worry about that.

Description of Work: I have been using Fifi's for nearly a decade. In that time, they have cleaned 1 of my apartments and 2 of my houses. I've recommended them to more than a dozen friends. They've been with us through our marriage, the births of 2 children, the death of a dog, and several jobs. They've helped me find my missing engagement ring, they've let my daughter follow them around asking far too many questions, they've recommended alternative cleaning methods and products (before they started using their own), they've rearranged their schedules to accommodate mine, and they've always been kind, thoughtful, and professional. Today, they went above and beyond. They came for their normal clean while I was working from home. My daughter's sitter called, saying she had been in an automobile accident. Of course, I wanted to rush to my daughter, but my infant son was asleep at home. Tommy and Arin offered to stay at our house until I returned. I came home to find Arin mopping the stairs with my son in one arm; Tommy had changed his diaper and he was happily gnawing on a cracker. (My daughter was just fine, although a bit scared, as was the sitter and her daughter. The car, not so much.)

Description of Work: Move-in deep clean of our new, empty house before our moving day. 2-story, 4-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, almost all hardwood floors with a half finished basement. They cleaned everything except windows (spelled out beforehand)

Description of Work: Erin and Tommy came to walk through the house and provide an estimate. I was interested in hiring a team for a deep clean first because we have had some remodeling in the house that has created dust all through the house. Both Erin and Tommy commented that they had not done a job of this size before and some of their other comments led me to believe their expectation of a deep clean was not the same as mine. Things like taking books, etc. off of the shelves to clean the shelves, washing walls, using a feather duster to dust, etc. In addition they don't wash window blinds as a rule.
