They come when they are supposed to be here and I think the price is pretty good, too. Overall, so far, we have been happy with their services and plan to continue using them.

Beginning with the meeting for our initial estimate, they have been extremely professional, dependable, and always friendly. They have never missed a scheduled appointment and have been very flexible when we have needed to reschedule. They work quickly and efficiently, but they don't miss a speck and the house is always gleaming when they leave. We appreciate knowing that they only use earth friendly products, rather than toxic chemicals. Our house smells fresh and clean but not "perfumy." If you're looking for a professional cleaning company that will give you great service at a reasonable price, we highly recommend Fifi's.

Arin and Tommy were easy to schedule time with. They came over to look at the house and were able to provide an estimate that day. The day of the cleaning, they arrived on time and ready to go. They were fast, efficient and very sweet. I love that they use Shaklee products - no harsh chemicals at all. The house looked great and I have now set up a regular every other week cleaning with them. Their pricing for a deep cleaning is very reasonable. Their pricing for the every other week cleaning seems a tiny bit high, but I really feel like I can trust them.

My experience with them has been great. They focus on what is important to me. I would recommend them and use them again.

Started with an initial deep clean that was a very reasonable one-time cost, which really made a big difference in the appearance of the house. Since then, they have cleaned every two weeks, and the house has been consistently and thoroughly cleaned each time.

Tommy and Arin came over and spent almost 3 hours cleaning my entire house. We have 2 cats, a dog and we just had our floors done so there was a lot of dust and hair. Tommy wears this vacuum cleaner on her back and gets dust up from all over. Our rugs were never so clean before! The mopped, dusted, wiped, everything. Our house smelled like lemon and eucalyptus when they were done. And the great thing was the cleaning products, because natural, didn't give me a headache! They were also great about "cleaning a path" in our messy room that I didn't get time beforehand to clean stuff off the floor. I will use them again.

I went years refusing to hire any cleaning company because so many friends had horrible stories of having things stolen by the employees. Finally a friend recommended I hire Tommy and told me how she found her engagement ring and had left it on the counter with a note. Tommy and Arin have been cleaning our home ever since for the past 6 years and not only do they do a great job--they are honest and they WON'T STEAL FROM YOU! Tommy and Arin are owner/employees so you don't have to worry about somebody else showing up who you don't know. Also, they avoid using toxic cleaners so the house always smells great when they leave and never smells bleachy.
